Ch.20-A Way Back Home?

Naruto charged at Pain, Brandon following straight behind him.

"Attack from all sides! He can't dodge that way!" Naruto said.

Brandon ran to the left, and Naruto to the right. Pain simply waited for the to get close enough, and then he conjured up a huge clear-cut ball around him.

"Almighty Push!" Pain yelled.

Brandon and Naruto ran into the ball and fell to the ground.

"I told you. You're not match for me." Pain said in a threatening voice.

Naruto stood up. "That's what you think!" He did multiple hand signs, and about a thousand other Narutos appeared.

Brandon looked at all the Narutos. "Impressive! All the same chakra flow and life energy. Done to perfection!"

The Naruto clones charged at Pain. Pain simply blew them all back with his Almighty Push.

All the clones vanished except for one, which was the real Naruto.

"What's the use of struggling? Give up now, while you still have the chance." Pain said.

Now it was Brandon's turn. He breathed purple flames out of his mouth, attempting to burn Pain. Pain, however, dodged. The flames turned into spears and rained down upon Pain.

Brandon smiled. He got him!

When the dust settled, Pain was still standing. He glared at Brandon.

"You think a weak attack like that can beat me?!" Pain yelled.

Naruto wasn't standing around all this time, however. He leaped, flying at Pain, and struck him directly in the stomach with a Rasengan. Pain collapsed onto the ground, dead.

Brandon huffed with relief. It was all over.

Naruto chuckled. "We did it!"

Brandon walked over to Naruto. "You bet! So...you sure he's dead?"

Naruto studied the dead figure, then started taking out the rods in his body.

"If we take out these, he won't be able to move." Naruto said.

Brandon starred down at the dead Pain. All this battling and fighting was rough. Even if at home things were tiring, the real world was his home.

"There's still one more..." Naruto whispered.

"What?" Brandon said, just realizing what Naruto said.

"This isn't the last of these guys, there's still one more. And he's hiding."

Brandon nodded. "I'm coming with you!"

Naruto smiled. "I'd be surprised if you weren't."

Back at the destroyed Konoha, Sandra was crying. All this destruction, all this pain that everyone was feeling, she didn't like it. It's like she was in a lot more danger than she ever was.

Suddenly, a scorching pain came into her stomach. Sandra kneeled down, clutching her stomach. Sakura signalled for Yamato to come over, noticing her in pain. Yamato quickly scanned Sandra from head to toe.

"She's running a fever, but it's not a regular fever. It's something else. Something like a virus might've come into her body. Does she have any allergies or any sort of allergic reactions?" Yamato asked.

Sakura shook her head. "I don't know. Brandon would know, but he's not here."

Yamato sighed. "Alright. Do whatever you can to keep her alive, maybe Brandon might know something we don't."
