The more I seemed to do the more mistakes I seemed to find. Can't anyone do anything without me here? I had marched through the building handing the items back to the people who were responsible for them before they landed on my desk.

They were shocked that they had made mistakes but I have learned for some people someone had to be looking over their shoulder to do things right otherwise they would get lazy. I was a lazy person by nature but I sure as hell made sure to pay attention to my work.

James's son had even popped his head into my office to see how I was doing. The kid liked me and it had disturbed me to my core. He continued to flirt with me every chance he gets and I would just feel completely disgusted at the thought of flattering a kid's fantasies. I know there are some woman that does this kind of thing but I found it very disturbing.

I would rather have a six-hundred-year-old man than a sixteen-year-old boy. He had talked so much that asking him to leave was impossible. So I stood up and pretended to leave my office. Once he was outside I walked back in and closed the door in his face effectively cutting him off. The door and wall leading to the other desks were all glass so he had stood there a while hoping I would let him in. He finally got the message and left.

Time had seemed to pass me by again. I heard a knock on the door and told them to come in without looking up. The person had walked in and stood by my desk. When they didn't say anything I looked up impatiently and saw Tyler standing there in his usual work attire. I looked at the clock on my desk and noticed it was nine in the evening.

He had waited for me for at least four hours. The pen dropped from my mouth in shock and I started to pack up. "Sorry I got consumed in my work." I got all of my things and when I looked up he had a bouquet of flowers in his hand.

"I want to apologize for ignoring you. I shouldn't have done that but I will not apologize for being mad at what you did." I smiled taking the flowers from him and smelling them. I put them down on my desk and wrapped my hands around his waist hugging him. "You don't need to apologize if anybody should it should be me."

"You have nothing to feel sorry about. Yes, I am mad and yes you shouldn't have done it but you were human first before being a wolf. You will learn which lines shouldn't be crossed." I smiled and stood on my tippy toes to give him a kiss. He returned it with as much passion as I gave.

We went home and found his brothers in the kitchen again eating whatever the maids had made for the night. They had already eaten half the food like the barbarians they were while cracking jokes only like a bunch of overgrown men could. They enjoyed the small amount of time they had together and I left to go to bed. If the today was an indication of what the rest of the week was going to be like then I needed all the sleep I can get.

The rest of the week was a rush. I had barely any time to talk to anyone else except for Tyler. He had insisted that he dropped me off and picked me up from work. We would talk about random things in the car and when we got home we would eat and go to bed. There wasn't time for any small talk as everything we did was exhausting.

He seemed to get friskier at night. He would insist on showering with me then he would hold me in bed. I had locked him out of the bathroom the one night and he had to invest in a new door. And let me tell you they weren't cheap doors.

The car rides weren't any less frustrating. Work was a complete chaos. It was even worse than the first year I had worked during the holidays.

We were getting too many bookings to handle and I had the unfortunate job of turning those away that didn't make the cut. I had gotten a few angry people calling me and yelling a few inappropriate words. I would put the phone down in their ear and would shrug my shoulders. I had a lot more work to do than listen to a bunch of angry people tell me how badly at managing I am.
