Tom was walking to class and bumped into someone. He looks down and saw a girl with red hair on the floor. She looks up at him and he looks and his heart stops. Her eyes were gold as the sun. Her face was filled with blush and freckles. She gets up and looks at the ground.
"So sorry." She says in an American accent. Tom looks at her and circles her.
"Your new." He says.
"No duh Sherlock." She mumbles. Tom looks at her.
"Go. Don't want be late for class." He said and she ran to class with her red hair flowing behind her.
-Later-
Tom was taking his test in potions when the doer opened and revealed the girl with the red hair.
"Ah, Miss. Hathaway. How may I help you?" Slughorn asked her. She looks around the room and found Tom starring at her. She kept her head high and walked to the Professor.
"Sir, I was wondering if I can steal Tom for a bit. See professor Dippet needs him for something." She says.
"Alright, Tom go on with her." Slughorn says and Tom obeyed. Tom excited the classroom and followed the girl. He watched her as she walked to their destination. She walked with elegance. There were students on the other side of the halls.
"Hey Maia!" One said and she said hello back. Tom watched how she interacted with the other students. She then was stopped by another student. He blocked her path by putting a leg up.
"Hey babe." He said smiling charmingly.
"I'm not your babe, Jackson. Leave me alone, I don't have time for this." Maia said pushing his leg off the wall and walked away. Tom followed watching the two.
"Oh come one, you never give me a chance. Please give me a chance, Hathway." He begged and got on his knees.
"No matter how hard you try, I'm still gonna say no." She said giggling. Jackson watched as she walked away with Tom on her heels.
"So Tom what are you interested in?" She asked looking at him.
"That's none of your business." He replied looking at her.
"I want to be a auror." She said. Tom looked at her. She was very straightforward and brave. 'She must be a Gryfindore' he thought. Soon enough they reached Professor Dippit's office.

What am I?" The gargoyle asked.
"Time." Maia replied. The gargoyle moved and stairs appeared. Maia went up the stairs with Tom behind her. She knocked on the door and heard a 'come in.' Maia opened the door to reveal Dippet in his chair.
"Ah Mr. Riddle I was expecting you. Thank you Miss. Hathway, you may go back to your class." Dippet said.
"Alright, goodbye Professor Dippet, Tom." She said and left.
-couple of hours later, Maia's P.O.V-
I sat in the common room reading my book. The book was very interesting. It talks about a man who was cursed for saying mean things to a woman and he regretted it. A woman helped him, and showed him kindness and love. They grown to love each other each passing day. I laid back. I wonder what Tom was interested in. I then decided to walk around the corridors. I walked out of the common room and walked around. I touched the walls of the castle. So old yet another adventure can start within the castle walls. A voice then stopped me from walking.
"What are you doing wondering these corridors late at night?" The voice whom I knew it to be Tom Riddle.
"I was just walking around. You really like to be nosy and in other peoples business." I said looking at him. He smirked. I scoffed and turned around, but he had a hand on my wrist. He pulled me closer.
"Your very interesting. I like you." He said. I then started to back up. My back eventually hit a wall. I was trapped. Trapped with a insane twisted minded man. He smirked as he saw me hit the wall.
"Can't hide forever, Maia." He whispered in my ear. I shivered at his touch and his whispering. Then we heard a howl. I turned on my left and saw a werewolf. I screamed and ran away. Tom followed me. I ran ran to the first place that came to mind. The forbidden forest. Tom catches up with me and held my hand. We then started to stop. I looked at our hands and he quickly pulled away. I blushed, why did I miss this? I shook my head and heard another howl in the distance.
"Oh we are SOO in trouble." I said.
"Not entirely." Tom said.
"And how is that?" I questioned him. He rolled his eyes and pointed to his 'Prefect' badge.
"I'm Prefect." He said.
"Oh I didn't know that." I said and rolled my eyes. Tom watched as I sat down and catched my breath.
"What I need to sit, I'm tired." I said. Tom smirked.
"Come on we need to get back to the castle." Tom said and I groaned.
"I'm tried, could you please carry me?" I asked In a childish voice. He sighed and carried me. I giggled.
"Don't enjoy this, love." He said in my ear. I blushed and looked the other way. I started to fall asleep. Listening to his heartbeat. Thump thump. Thump thump. What I didn't realize was that certain cold eyes were watching as I sleep.
-Tom's P.O.V-
I watched as she feel asleep in my arms. I was nervous. I didn't know why. I brought her to the room of requirement. I laid her on the bed and watched her. She had golden eyes. My......I had never seen a girl with beautiful golden eyes. She then whimpered and stated moving. I went to her and straddled her. She had sweat on her forehead.
"Stop. Stop, please." She whispered. I had to wake her.
"Maia. Maia please wake up. Maia!" I screamed her name.
"Tom!" She yelled and waked up. She saw me and hugged me. I hesitated, then hugged back.
"I was so scared. I didn't know what to do." She sobbed. I shushed her.
"It was all just a nightmare." I said as she sobbed all of it out. She looked up at me. She was gonna say something but I shut her up with her lips on mine. Our lips moved in synced and I didn't care anymore. I loved her and she loved me. That was all that matters.
