Chapter 53

Zero reopened  the digital map and scans the area.

" We're almost there!"

" Really?!" Amy sounded surprised  and happy at the same time. 

" Listen everyone, we're going to do  the same thing we did back at the other house, but this time we'll all be separated and we'll approach from all directions."

" Ok!"

They all agreed to the plan and hurried.

" (Y/n) please be alright." Gadget whispered to himself. 

They finally arrive near his house. Everyone hid around the corner up against an alley wall. Zero and sonic peek around the corner to see the house.

" It's quiet,too quiet... so which one is it?" Sonic steps back.

" It's the blue one, damn my house looks like sh*t. You'd think it would look nice as long as now one was there  but i guess not."

" So when do we move in?"

" In the next 5 minutes." He answers as he waved his sword around.

" So what's the plan once we move in?" Silver asked while he walked over to them. 

" The plan is simple, you guys get (y/n) out of there and get her and yourselves somewhere safe. And me, i'm gonna put an end to this and kill this son of a b*tch."

" What no way, you're not going to fight him all on your own!" Amy stepped closer and set he hand on her chest.

" You're part of the team now, if you're gonna fight, we're gonna fight with you, together."

"Amy is right, we've  got your back Infinite." Gadget agreed. 

"Hmph..." 

"That smoke from before, you said it was the guy that took (y/n), right? Knuckles asked.

" Ya, what about it?"

" So how do we fight him?"

" Simple." A voice interrupted  them. They all turn around to see Shadow and Omega.

" You attack it and try to avoid it's attacks." 

" Shadow, you're here to help?" Amy asked

" Looks like i don't have a choice."

" Wait how did you figure out how to fight saleos?" Infinite asked sounding a bit curious.

" Well it's not rocket science. When me and Omega left to find (Y/n) that smoke had attacked us before it attacked you. It may appear as smoke but it's a solid."

" Hmph not bad." Infinite smirks at his answer. Knuckles turns around to ask shadow a question. 

" If you were aware about that smoke, why didn't you tell us about it so we had a heads up?"

" Like i said, i work alone. I don't ask you to give me a heads up. Sound like to me you can't handle a single mission."

Knuckles  grind his teeth together and clenched his fist.

" Some  things never change." Rouge said with a sigh as she walked over to shadow and knuckles to split them up.

" Guys don't fight, this isn't the time. Hey don't make me use my hammer!" Amy threatened.

Infinite rolls his eyes and starts to grow tied of their bickering.

" Hey!,  When you ladies are done and start to take this mission seriously we'll get going ans save (y/n)."

They stop after Infinite's comment. 

" Alright now remember  we have to move in  form above."

" Right!" Silver, Rouge and Charmy said at same time.

Zero looks around the corner again.

" Ready?... Go!"

They all run towards the abandoned house from different directions.

Saleos was prepared for their arrival and decided to make the first moves. Black smoke violently burst through the doors and windows causing  all those entrances to be broken open. 

" Here he comes!"

The smoke charged at Infinite first.

" Gasp Infinite watch out!" Amy screamed.

" Hmph."   He only smirked at the charging smoke as he continued to run towards it.

" Bring it on!"
