Sitting in the same position since past one hour, both the mother's were hell depressed, as if their kids had failed the boards exam.

Nyonika ( upset ) : ab hum kya karenge? ????..... kaise hogi inn ki shaadi? ????

Mrs Murthy ( determined ) : joh bhi ho jaye. ...Manu hi mera damaad hoga! !!!... main usski jagah kisi aur ko iss ghar mein entry nehin dungi! !!!!

Nyonika ( agreeing ) : sahi kaha! !!!.... hamesha maine Nandu ko hi aapna bahu maana hai! !!!..... aise kaise main aapne saapno  ko totne du! !!!

Mrs Murthy ( excitedly ) : ab time aa gaya hai. ...humein hi kuch chakkar chalana parega! !!!!

Nyonika ( supporting ) : so true! !!!.... ab toh inn dono ko shaadi ke liye haan kehena hi parega! !!!

Giving each other a satisfactory look, both the mother's wickedly smiled.

At night.

Nandini's room.

Entering from balcony, Manik comfortably took his place beside a lying Nandini on bed.

Nandini ( seriously ) : Manu yaar. ....shaadi ke liye naa bol ke hum logo ne sahi kiya kya? ????

Manik ( casually ) : chhod naa! !!!.... kyon tu faltu ki baatein socch ke aapna dimaag kharab kar rahi hai! !!!....raat bahut ho gayi hai. ...issliye chup chap soo jaa! !!!!

Hitting on Maniks shoulder, Nandini cribbed " Manu yaar. ..I am serious! !!! "

Manik ( annoyed ) : haan toh main kaun sa mazaak kar raha hu! !!!..... tere uss chhote se dimaag mein kya chalta rehta hai naa. ...mujhe sab pataa hai! !!!!..... in fact mujhe yeh bhi pataa hai ki tu mujhe ignore karne ka solid plan baana rahi hai. ...taaki humare beech ki yeh awkwardness kam ho jaye! !!!!.... but let me tell you one thing. ..... raat ko soote waqt agar tera dimaag bhi humare beech aya naa. ..toh by god main tujhe khud mental asylum drop karke aaunga! !!

After listening to everything, Nandini just asked " tujhe hamesha kaise pataa chal jaata hai ki mere dimaag mein kya chal raha hai? ??? "

Manik ( casually ) : this is called connection. ..telepathy. ...or bond! !!!..... whatever you may want to name it! !!!

Speaking his heart out, Manik just digged his head in the crook of Nandini's neck and drifted to sleep.

Nandini ( irritatedly ) : saale tu hamesha serious conversation ke beech soo jaata hai! !!!.... I so hate you for this! !!!!

But to Nandini's surprise, Manik sleepy muttered " kal subha se aapni hate story shuru karna! !!!.... filhal soo jaa. ...I am damn sleepy ! !!! "

Rolling her eyes, even Nandini falls asleep in Maniks arms.
Next morning.

8 : 00 am 

Entering Murthy Villa, as usual Manik yelled " chudail jaldi neeche aa. ..hum college ke liye late ho rahe hai! !!!! "

But instead of Nandini, Mrs Murthy approached him.

Mrs Murthy ( smiling ) : arrey Manu. ...Nandini toh aaj pehele hi nikal gayi! !!!....uss ne kya tumhe baataya nehin? ???

Manik ( pov ) ( irritatedly ) : I am damn sure. ..iss madam ne ignore wali baat kuch zyaada hi seriously le liya! !!!... uff. ..ab iss pagal ka mein kya karu? ????

Mrs Murthy ( hesitantly ) : kya hua Manu? ??...sab kuch theek toh hai naa? ???

Manik ( calmly ) : haan Cutie! !!...sab theek hai! !!... aap baatao? ???.... aaj subha se ghar itni cleaning kyon ho rahi hai? ???... koi ane wala hai kya? ???

That was it, taking her cue, Mrs Murthy started her acting " woh kya hai naa Manu. ...kal toh tum ne Nandini se shaadi karne se maana kar diya naa! !!!.... toh issliye maine soccha ki. ...abhi se Nandini ke liye ladke dekhna shuru kar du! !!!! "

Manik ( confused ) : Nandu ke liye ladke? ???

Mrs Murthy ( dramatically ) : haan Manu! !!!.... in fact aaj shaam ko Nandini se milne Manoranjan ane wala hai! !!!!!

Manik ( pov ) ( pissed ) : Manoranjan? ???.... yeh kaisa naam hai? ????

Mrs Murthy ( prying ) : kya hua Manu? ??..... tu phir se kaha kho gaya????

Manik ( abruptly ) : kuch nehin Cutie! !!!.... woh. ...mujhe college ke liye. ...late ho raha hai! !!!...main shaam ko ata hu! !!!

Saying this, Manik literally ran away from there. While, Mrs Murthy burst out laughing.

Malhotra House.

Though Nandini was trying to ignore Manik, but still decided to drop a copy of note's for him, personally.

Entering the house, Nandini was straight away heading towards Maniks room, when she was stopped by the great Nyonika.

Nandini ( confused ) : kya hua Nyo maa? ???....aap aise kyon Manik ke room ke saamne khadi hai? ??

Nyonika ( painfully ) : woh kya hai naa Nandu beta. ...ab toh tum iss ghar ki bahu baane se rahi! !!!....issliye. ..main tumhe Manik ke room mein akele nehin jaane de sakti! !!!.... akhir yeh log. ..yeh samaaj kya kahenge? ????..... woh toh tum dono ke rishte ko galat hi bolenge naa! !!!

Nandini tried hard to understand what Nyonika actually tried to say. While, Nyonika got carried away with her script so much, that she failed to measure the impact of her dialogue on Nandini.

Nandini ( calmly ) : aapne abhi joh kuch bhi bola. ... its okay! !!.... please yeh notes Manu ko de dijiye ga. ...I am going!!

Nyonika instantly yelled " arrey aise kaise? ???.... mera matlab. ...itni bhi jaldi kya hai? ???..... aapni naa ho saaki saasu maa se doo minute baat toh kar lo! !!!!!"

Giving creepy looks at Nyonika, Nandini agreed to spend 2 minutes with her.

Seating themselves in the hall room, Nyonika handed a paper to Nandini for some corrections.

Nyonika ( sweetly ) : Nandu beta. ..zara iss mein koi changes karna hai ki nehin ek baar dekh ke baata toh! !!!

Obeying Nyonika's words, Nandini started going through the sheet, only to get confused.

Nandini ( confused ) : Nyo maa. ..yeh toh Manik ka bio data hai! !!!.... aapne iss ke itne saare copies kyon karwaye? ???

Nyonika ( casually ) : woh main innhe aapne friends circle mein distribute karne wali hu. ...taaki Manik ke liye koi acchi ladki mil jaye! !!!

That was it, giving the excuse of studies, Nandini escaped from there. While, Nyonika was more than elated by Nandini's response.
