Browsing through the channels, Nandini finally found something she was looking for.

Setting the remote aside, Nandini attentively stared at the TV, giving a mini shock to Manik.

In order to discover the sudden change in Nandini's behaviour, Manik finally averted his focus on the television set, on which Twilight was being broadcasted.

Not at all liking the sparkle Nandini had on her face when every time Edward appeared on the screen, Manik silently keept on sulking.

Totally lost in the scene where Edward and Bella were going to share their first kiss, Nandini instinctively turned her head towards Manik, only to find him gapping back at her.

Nandini ( annoyed ) : aise ghur kyon raha hai? ???

Out of nervousness, Manik blurted out " MAIN TUJHE KISS KARNE KE BAREME BILKUL NEHIN SOCCH RAHA THA! !!!!! "

On realising what he said, Manik instantly face palmed. While, Nandini diverted her attention.

Breaking the awkward silence, Nandini questioned " tu mujhe kiss kyon nehin kar sakta? ????....as if main har din brush nehin karti! !!!! "

Hesitating a bit, Manik said " arrey mera woh matlab nehin tha! !!!! "

Nandini ( pissed ) : toh kya matlab tha tera? ????....I mean. ..it's just a normal kiss. ..itni bhi koi badi baat nehin hai. ...we can definitely try out! !!!!

Amused by Nandini's clarification, Manik queried " you want to. ...do that? ????.... I mean. ..are you sure? ????? "

Nandini ( casually ) : it's just a lip to lip kiss Manu. ..not a big deal! !!....life mein har cheez ek baar try karna toh baanta hai! !!!....agar pasand nehin aya. ..toh dobaara kabhi try nehin karenge! !!!

Nodding his head, Manik mouthed " yeh bhi sahi hai! !!!...at least we can give it a shot! !!"

Invariably Maniks eyes landed on Nandini's lips. While feeling Maniks intense gaze on her lips, Nandini felt different.

Moving closer to Nandini, Manik placed his lips on hers and sucked a bit.

Tearing away from each other within a blink of an eye, both of them were shocked.

Manik started blabbering " I guess it was a bad idea! !!...we should never try kissing again! !!!... I am a horrible kisser! !!!... it was a huge mistake! !!!! "

Coming out of her trance, Nandini barked " shut up! !!!! "

Instantly Maniks blabbering stopped and he fully concentrated on Nandini.

Nandini ( calmly ) : I think. ..it was amazing! !!!!....and I don't regret it at all! !!!!....Manu I am really glad that I shared my first kiss with you! !!...so dare you think of it as a mistake! !!!

Touched by Nandini's confession, Manik only asked " can we kiss. ..again. ..."

Giving a toothy smile at Manik, Nandini took the initiative of sealing their lips in a blissful kiss.

As the sun sets and stars started to twinkle in the sky, Nandini sat in the balcony, trying to absorb the peace.

Nandini ( curious ) : Manu yaar jaldi aa. ..kya room mein dulhan ki tarah chup ke baitha hai! !!!!!

Rolling his eyes, Manik walked inside the balcony, with two bottles of beer in his hands.

Manik was about to give an amazing reply to Nandini, when his phone started buzzing from inside the room.

Manik in a hurry handed the beer bottles to Nandini and said " tu innhe sambhal. ..main phone receive karta hu! !!!... I guess mom hogi! !!!! "

Nodding her head like an obedient child, Nandini followed what Manik said.

Rushing inside the room, Manik got hold of his mobile and answered the call " haan mom. ..hum log theek se pohach gaye the! !!!....khaana bhi theek se khayaa! !!!....haan mom. ..Nandu theek hai. ... usse abhi deta hu! !! "

Saying this, Manik went back to the balcony and handed the mobile to Nandini.

Nandini ( giggling ) : haan Nyo maa. ..I am feeling superbbbbbbb ( giggling ). ...Manu bhi theek hai. ...hotel bhi theek hai. ..stars bhi dikhai de rahe hai. ..par theek se dikhai nehin de rahe hai. ..I guess. ..magnifying glass se dekhna parega. ...

Confused with Nandini's constant giggling and silly talks, Manik raised his bottle of beer to take a sip. But to Maniks utter shock, he found the whole bottle empty.

Getting scared with the possibilities, Manik searched for the other bottle, only to find a single drop of beer in it.

Shaken to his core, Manik first looked at the two empty bottles of beer and then at a giggling Nandini.
