New life

You sat in Dr Oshay's car as he took you to your new home. Astro had gone home earlier to take care of his sister, which you still had yet to meet. You finally arrived in front of a two story house surrounded by lush green trees and freshly cut grass. The yard and house both were beautiful! You got out of the car and looked around in awe.

"Woah, am I really going to be living here?" You questioned. Dr Oshay smiled and nodded.

"Yes, this will be your home from now on." You grinned, and ran towards the front door. You then turned towards Dr Oshay.

"Hurry up, doc! I wanna see what the inside looks like!" You exclaimed. Dr Oshay sweat dropped. Doc? He chuckled while shaking his head and walked up to the front door with the keys in his hand. He then opened the front door, and handed you the keys.

"I'll let you get settled in, you already have everything that you need inside. I'm expecting you to come to the ministry of science at seven in the morning, understand?" Your eyes widened.

"Wait, seven in the MORNING!? That's way too early!" You cried. Dr Oshay raised his eyebrow.

"It's not that early. In fact, it's the latest time. What time did you usually wake up?" You sighed.

"I usually woke up at nine or nine thirty." Dr Oshay's eyes widened in surprise.

"But that's so late. Well, I can't make it any later I'm afraid." You sighed, and reluctantly agreed to show up at seven. You then waved goodbye to Dr Oshay and entered your new home. You stood in the entrance in awe. You walked through the mini hallway and into the large lounge room/ kitchen. The open windows gave you the perfect view of your backyard. In the lounge room, there was a giant flat screen TV situated on the wall with a cabinet below it, and a sofa with two arm chairs placed beside it. Next to the stairs, there was a hallway that led to the laundry room. A glass door was situated in the middle of the glass walls that lead to the backyard. You walked down the hallway and saw three doors lined up with two on one side and one on the other side. You opened the first door which lead to a workshop. There was a bench with all of the new technology. You would have to have someone teach you how to use it. You then moved onto the next room. Inside there was a guest room. Nothing special. You moved onto the next room. The next room was like a gaming room with computers and gaming consoles. You grinned. You LOVED games! You had a look at all of the games. There was legend of Zelda, Mario, Star Fox, Halo, call of duty, GTA, you name it, it was there. There were even a few new games that you had never even heard of before. You looked around. You and this room were gonna become great friends. You then headed upstairs. Upstairs, it was like a little lobby. There was an open space and a hallway. There were multiple rooms, five to be exact. Your eyes widened. How much money did that man spend on this place!? You turned to your right where you saw three rooms. You opened the first door to see a bathroom with the biggest bathtub you have ever seen. You then moved onto the next room to see another guest bedroom. You frowned. Why did you need two? You moved onto the next room, and saw a small library. You grinned. You also loved books. You then moved onto the hallway, and walked into the first room. When you opened it, you saw that it was an office. You smiled and walked inside. You fingered the books on quantum physics and other sciences and theories. You then looked over to your desk which was situated in front of a glass panel on the back wall. The desk was made out of glass with draws and a leather chair placed behind it. You walked over to the leather chair and sat in it, getting used to the feel of your own office. This one was WAY better than your old one. You then moved onto the next room. It was a bedroom, you guessed that it was yours. You smiled. The walls were painted a F/C colour and the carpets were a cream colour. There was a F/C coloured bed to match with a set of draws, a side table, and a desk. A huge glass mirror was placed on the wall. You grinned and jumped onto the bed. Your eyes widened. The bed felt so soft! You laughed as you jumped up and down on it. You then yawned and looked at the time. It was currently 11:00pm. You sat up.
