An old memory

AN: Hello my dear readers! Just giving you a warning that this is going to be a LONG chapter. So, get comfortable.

ZORAN'S POV

I flew around in the sky, my arms held out beside me as I laughed. I then flew through a cloud of cotton candy. I giggled as I stopped at the cloud and took a chunk out of it. I then raised the chunk of cotton candy to my mouth and consumed it. I hummed in delight and took another bite, then another, and another until it was all gone. I then saw a unicorn and squealed in delight. I went to reach out for the unicorn but the unicorn ran away. I frowned.

"Wait up Mr unicorn! Wait for me!" I cried as I flew after the unicorn. It was then that my surroundings got darker. Fear wracked throughout my body as I looked around in panic. "W-what's happening?" I then heard crying. I looked towards the source of the crying and saw a little girl. I eyed the girl with curiosity and slowly approached the girl. The girl wore a black gown with black ribbons in her hair. Her hands covered her face as she cried. Before I could ask if she was alright, she lifted her face, but before I could get a good look at her face her body morphed into a stuffed black rabbit wearing a red trench coat. My eyes widened as I stared into its blood red eyes. I then heard whispers and strained my ear to catch the words.

"In....tic....the.....at.....in...attic....Alice..." The bunny whispered. My eyes widened. Attic? What attic? The bunny then started to giggle maniacally. "Let's play!" The bunny sang as it danced around my head. I smiled and reached out to touch the bunny. When my hand connected with its paw, everything went white.

I gasped as I sat up straight. I looked around and realised that I was in the room Y/N and I shared. I then sighed in relief and looked to my right to see Y/N sleeping soundly. I smiled at her and gently got out of bed while being careful not to wake Y/N. My thoughts then returned to the dream and I thought back to the bunny's words. The attic... I should check it out. I turned towards the door and crept towards it, careful not to cause any sound. I slowly opened the door and peaked my head out. Good, everybody was still asleep. I giggled and walked out of the room.

Your eyes fluttered open and you yawned while stretching your arms. You then looked to your left and saw that Zoran wasn't in her bed. You raised your eyebrow in confusion and looked around the room; still no sign of her. You sighed, she must be downstairs with the others. You hopped out of bed and walked over to the dresser. You then got dressed and brushed your hair before nodding in satisfaction and walking out of the room. As soon as you walked out, you ran into Ajeero. You stumbled backwards but caught yourself using the wall. Ajeero's eyes widened and he stood up straight.

"Y/N! I'm sorry, I didn't see you there. Did you just wake up?" Ajeero questioned. You nodded and straightened.

"Yeah, I woke up to see Zoran gone though. She isn't downstairs with the others is she?" Ajeero shrugged.

"Dunno, I just woke up myself. Let's head downstairs and check." You nodded in agreement and followed Ajeero down the stairs. Everyone heard your footsteps and looked up to see both you and Ajeero make your way down the stairs. You both greeted good morning to them all and looked around for a certain young robot child. You frowned when you didn't see her. Astro noticed your frown and got up.

"Good morning Y/N, is something wrong?" Astro questioned as he stood by your side. You nodded.

"Yeah, I can't find Zoran anywhere. She was gone when I woke up this morning." Astro frowned.

"Hmm, maybe she's exploring the mansion. We better start looking for her just to be safe." You nodded. Kennedy then pushed himself between both you and Astro and wrapped his arms around both of your necks. He then brought the two of you closer until both you and Astro's cheeks touched his.
