Chapter 9: We're special?

I decided to ditch school today, so I was just laying in bed, staring at the ceiling listening to the running shower, Ryder occupied.

'Autumn, why did we shift?' I asked her, frowning as I continued to look up at the ceiling.

'Because we're special... I'll can't tell you everything, as there's so much to tell... But I can show you. Close your eyes.' she said, I closed my eyes and after a minute or two, I was pulled into a vision

-*Vision*-

I was in the throne room, in the underworld. At the far end of the room, there stood a king and queen... They looked some what familiar. They are talking to someone, the person a golden aura circling her. 'Thats the Moon goddess' said Autumn.

'can they see us?' I asked, slowly walking towards them.

'nope, walk faster, let's see what there talking about.' said Autumn. I walked over, till I was right next to the queen, I listened to their conversation

"Angels are plotting to attack this castle a month after your baby is born." said the Moongodss, the queen put her hands over her slightly swollen stomach.

"We will be ready, thank you Moon goddess." said the king.

"But, the winning side will not be yours, the fates have seen it and will not change it. You must be ready for the attack, my king, protect the queen and your baby, maybe then you'll win." said the Moongodess.

The scene then faded out and then turned into a battle field, right next to the king, I watched him as he fought an angel. Suddenly there was a howl of pain, the king and I whipped our heads around to see, the queen, dagger to her neck, the king rushed over to her. "Let her go Timothy, I'm the one you want." the king said.

"Aw, Lucifer wants his mate back..." He trailed off, the in one swipe of his hand, she was dead.

"NOOOO!" Screamed Lucifer, my father? He dropped to his knees, tears streaming down his face. The woman lauded on the floor at the angels feet, her eyes open and blood draining from her body.

Then, who I'm guessing, head angel, Timothy, walked up to my father, lifted his hands, plunging the dagger into his back... Not before Lucifer could catch it. Lucifer stood up, still holding the head angels arm, he broke it, took the dagger and killed the angel.

Then I faded out once again, but this time, I was in a nursery. Lucifer was holding a baby, "my darling, your hairs as white as snow, your eyes, as green as emeralds. I will call you... Astrid, Skyla Jackson, after your mother." I knew it, I did the happy dance cause I'm right!!

Then the Moongodess appeared, "You summoned me, your Grace." said the Moon goddess.

"Can you take Astrid away, just until I deal with everything around here?" My father asked, still looking down at the infant in his arms.

"of course" The Moon Goddess said, bowing her head.

Then I faded out once again, this time I was in the Moon goddesses arms, she put me down, on what looked like an altar and started chanting these words in Latin.

"Ignis, terra, aer et aqua. Iam non dico vos latere. Cupio dare possis. Opus illud voluerit voluntatem meam. Fiat. Fiat" she changed.

Which translated to: Fire, Earth, Air, and Water. I call you now to my side. I wish to give your power. She needs it, so please grant me my wish. Let it be. let it be.

The wind picked up water rippled, fire flickered and the earth shacked.

The baby's eye changed colour, to yellow, to blue, then red, the back to the emerald green.

Then I faded back to my room, Ryder was just leaving. "See you." he said, giving me a kiss.

"bye" I whispered, in shock, I'm not just a demon, I am an elemental as well.
