Bites Does Hurt Chapter 5 (Enjoy The Little Things)

"Get off me you freak!" Glen ordered

"No!" Shane giggled and hugged tighter as she played with Glen's hair making him very, very uncomfortable

As if on cue the moanings of the "things" below the roof started to get louder as cracks were heard and as Shane held Glen tighter.

"Hold me!" The scared Shane gasps as Glen let out a small "Help."

"We should move now." Erwin ordered

As everyone started packing their things and that was when Shane finally let go of her strong grasps over Glen.

"I will be right back and we will walk together!" Shane threw a flying kiss, pointed, winked and threatened as Glen bolted to Kurt and Micah and hid.

"Help me!" Glen pleaded

"Nah! You two look cute together." Micah chuckled

"Hide me! Before it's too late! She is a monster!" Glen begged

"Quadro burn." Kurt teased as he packed his bag

"You don't understand!" Glen cried

"Glen? Where are you? Help me with these." Shane called

"Don't let her take me!" Glen whinned

"He's over here!" Kurt replied as Micah giggled

"Oh no you didn't!" Glen felt betrayed

"Oh there you are!" Shane said as she held and dragged the weeping Glen

"Enjoy your days Kurt and Micah." Glen eyed

"Enjoy the little things." Kurt whispered, saluting the poor Glen as he is being dragged like a dog on a leash.

"So where are we going?" Angela asked

"Wherever the road leads us. We walk, neither all of us know how to drive so we have no choice but take the risk." Erwin planned

"Our food is running low though." Princess said

"So get food and things then go 'somewhere down the road' ey?" Angela mocked

"That could work." Erwin grinned as Angela face palmed

"Karl!" Erwin called

"Yes sir?"

"Clear our exit." Erwin ordered as Karl scooted to do what was told to him

"Any suggestion? I mean places we could search?" Erwin asked

"We could try a house to house raid." Angela suggested

"Too risky." Princess calculated as she rubbed her chin

"How 'bout that convinience store over there?" Angela scoped

"Genius." Erwin complemented

"Stay away from me! Ahh!" Glen ran and whinned as Shane ran for him "Gimme hug! hihihi." Shane giggled like a baby

"Ugh. 'Gamers' " Erwin faced palmed

Suddenly a loud thud echoed the air.

"Ahhhhh!" Glen cried as Shane jumped and rode piggy ride behind him.

"Weeee!"

"My back!" Glen cried as a loud crack hit the air

"Coast is clear." Karl announced

"Let's go!" Erwin commanded as he put on his backpack

Everyone now walked out of their abode on high alert, waiting for something come out as the group kept watching as Shane dragged Glen happily because of his broken back.

"Ouch, slowly Shane." Glen growled as all of the sudden Ana called "Get well soon Glen."

And that was enough for Glen's inspiration to live another day and as his heart raced like a race car on nitro.

"Thank you Ana." Glen smiled

"Kurt." Micah called

"Yes darlin'?" Kurt asked

"Is that them?" Micah hesitated

Kurt turned to see what was infront of him. "You must be dr-, Glen's a liar." As Kurt and Micah suddenly bolted at the sight.
