Manik's eyes were fixed on Nandini and Dhruv who just walked in together.

Though Nandini knew that Manik was watching her still she didn't look at him because apparently there was something else that she needs to deal with right now.

THE SHE DEVIL--NYONIKA MALHOTRA.

..who was gaping at Nandini with her eyes wide open.

"What do you mean by that Miss Murthy.."Nyonika scowled. "Please enlighten us that by coming late how does Dhruv saved his Concert."

If Nyonika was expecting Nandini to fidgeted in front of her aura...

...well she was in for big disappointment.

As the very next moment with a serious expression etched on her face Nandini replied "..that's because Dhruv was late as he was talking to Pandit Ji and was answering some of his queries so.."before Nandini could finish her sentence Nyonika cut her off "Enquiry...what Enquiry.."

"Questions related to Student body.."Nandini replied sternly as she continued "..before you interrupt me again just to ask why can't Pandit Ji calls you up and ask the required questions..so let me enlighten you with a brand new information Mam..."

"..this is Pandit Ji's usual protocol. Yes the higher authorities can invite him for concerts and programmes but whether he will accept the invite or not that is completely Pandit Ji's call.."

Nandini could see that Nyonika was about to cut her off that's why without giving her an oppurtunity to speak she continued "..just because Pandit Ji has sent her students to your institution that doesn't mean he couldn't change his mind."

"It had happened several time that some of the programme had cancelled by him at last minute because apparently he wasn't impressed by the students of that institution..."

"..he has a habit to take small surprise test of the students and if he finds its satisfactory then only he gives the green signal for us to go on.."

Nyonika's face lost it colour as she finally understood what Nandini was referring to. "You mean.."

As if Nandini could read her mind so she answered Nyonika's unspoken question. "Yes Mam..if it wasn't for Dhruv me and my friends would have been on our way back to Mangalore at this moment. He not only brilliantly answered all his questions but the passion that he has for music was more than enough to impress Pandit Ji.."

"..and it's because of Dhruv only that Pandit Ji has finally given the green signal for this CONCERT. "

"Dhruv was not late because he was fooling around...he was late because he was busy in protecting SPACE'S image in front of Pandit Ji..so I hope now that answer your question..MAM."Nandini's words were more than enough to make Nyonika loose control.

"I didn't knew that..I thought.."however this time before she could finish her sentence Nandini cut her off "I am sorry to say this Mam..but it seems you have an habit of jumping on to conclusions without even knowing the whole truth. Without even giving the person an oppurtunity to speak you simply pass judgment and expect every one to accept that...so what if that isn't even worth considering."

"I know we are guest student here Mam..but I would sincerely request as long as we are here kindly try to listen to other people first and then pass judgements.."

Except for Nyonika all the faces who were present in that room was beaming with either joy or pride. They all were having a hard time for not giving Nandini a standing ovation for her speech (including the Principal who's unsaid wish came true of watching Nyonika bowled over by someone else).

Nyonika was flustered. For the first time in life she didn't knew what to say.

The reason why she summoned every one here because she wanted to show the guest student especially Nandini that she isn't something to mess with. After all she is SHE DEVIL.

She knew either Manik or his friends would definately do some blunder and using that as a bait she would flaunt her disciplinarian elitness in front of everyone.

But of course never in her wildest dreams did she imagined that she would be the one to end up on a tight spot. She herself would become the butt of all jokes. She so wished that she just could disappear like thin air.

However Nandini wasn't in mood to let her off so easily. "What happened Mrs. Malhotra...don't you have any further questions to ask..bas ho gaya Kya aapka.."

Nyonika looked up at Nandini with such expressions as if she was looking for way to cover the damage that she had done. But unfortunately it wasn't her day as she couldn't make her mind to cook up a proper excuse.

However Nandini got too bored so she finally decided to let Nyonika off hook...just because Nandini wanted too.."Since it seems you don't have anything to say so I guess it's time that I should pass on the information that Pandit Ji asked me too...shall I..Mam.."

Since Nyonika was still out of words she simply nodded so that the attention gets diverted to Nandini rather than her.

"Thank You Mam..."saying this Nandini turn to face the rest. "So guys...this is how everything will be done..."she showed them few papers. "Pandit Ji has paired SPACE students with his own students and had divided them into several groups who will be responsible for handling the various department's of FUSION CONCERT"

"..so here goes the names of students first.."

Opening the pages Nandini started to read the names of the students that has been paired or grouped up together.

"Navya and Cabir.."

"Abhimanyu and Mukti.."

"Madhyam,Aryaman and Dhruv.."

"..and last but not the least..."Nandini looked up at Manik who's heart skipped a beat when Nandini finally took the name of the last pair..

"..Manik and Nandini.."
