"Yaar yeh Manik kaha rah gaya.."Cabir looked at his watch once again "..it's almost four hours now.."

He looked up towards the guest house "lights bhi switched off hai.." he pulled his cell phone out of his pocket. "Call karu yaa nahi.."

"Or should I let the couple be.."

"..I mean itne time baad miley hai dono..toh they must be spending some time together..."

But all of a sudden a devilish smirk appeared on his face "..par kar Kya rahe honge dono..woh bhi andhere me.."

However before he could think anything else he saw someone jumping of the balcony. "What the.."

Cabir was about to scream when that very same person landed on his feet on ground in front of him.

"Manik.."Cabir eyes widened in horror. However before he could say anything more Manik covered his mouth with his hand. "Shhhhh..Kya kar raha hai...sabko uthaega Kya..awaz neeche rakh..aur chal yaha se..guards ko pata chal gaya..toh Nyonika tak baat pahuchne me zyada time nahi lagega..janta hai na.."

"Arey toh iska matlab hai ki tu choro ki tarah aise yaha aaega jaega..didn't every one knew ki tu Nandini se milne aaya tha..toh aise chor banane ki Kya aafat aa padi.."Cabir whispered.

"Sab batunga..lekin pahle chal yaha se.."Manik looked around "kisi ne dekh liya toh bahut gadbad ho jaegi.."

Manik's words confused him "Abey tu kab se itna darne lag gaya..bhul gaya Kya tu THE MANIK MALHOTRA hai..aur yeh Guest House tera hai..toh phir aaj aise kyu behave kar raha.."

"Kyunki baat sirf meri hoti toh mai balcony se nahi front gate se chal kar aata..but yaha baat sirf meri nahi hai..Nandini bhi involve hai..and I don't want any trouble on her and that too because of me.."Manik's words shocked Cabir.

"What did you just said.."Cabir eyes widened in shock. "You did all this because you don't want any trouble for Nandini.."

"Haan toh.."Manik was confused. "Why this look.."

"Wah re Nandini ke Manju..Kya baat.."Cabir smirked appreciatively "..matlab Nandini ke liye tu chor bhi ban gaya..I mean this is really unbelievable.."

"Shut up Cabir..tujhe bada mazaa aa raha na.."Manik scowled at him.

"Of course..woh Devi kaha hai..uske pair chuhney hai Mujhe..jisne tujhe Monster Manik se Majnu Manik bana diya..dhanya hai..Nandini devi..dhanya Hai.."Cabir said too dramatically.

"Bakwas band kar Cabir..kuch bhi..matlab kuch bhi bakwas Haan.."Manik rolled his eyes.

Since Cabir was having the time of his life so he couldn't let pass this precious opportunity slip past him so he continued "Ishq ne Ghalib nikam kar diya warna Monster Manik bhi kabhi kisi kaam ke the.."his words only fanned the fuel of Manik's irritation.

"Aur agar aap yaha se nahi chale..toh aap bhi hai se they ban jaenge Cabir Ji.."Manik replied too sweetly.

"Are you threatening me.."Cabir questioned to which Manik replied "kyu dar lag raha.."

"Bahut.."Cabir replied too dramatically "..Waise Mujhe bhi koi shauk nahi hai yaha khare rahne ka..driver toh bana diya ab chaukidar nahi banana Mujhe.."

"Toh chal na.."this time Manik pulled him along.

They both got into the car immediately and drove away from there.

Since Cabir was waiting for him at the backside of the guest house that's why even the guards couldn't see their car as they drove off.

"So.."Cabir said as soon as they got on the Main Street. "Ab bata..bhabhi mani ya nahi.."

"THE DAY hoga jis din Woh meri baat manegi Cabir.."Manik shook his head in amusement.

"Toh char ghantey tak tum log kar Kya rahe the.."Cabir raised his eyebrows. "Teri condition dekh ke clear hai ACTION ka toh koi scene hi nahi hai tum dono ke beech filhal..toh itna time kiya kya tum logo ne..National Debt discuss kar rahe the Kya.."

"Aisa hi samjh le.."Manik smiled. "Though just like I expected usne meri baat nahi suni..but fortunately this time we were able to find a mid way out...and honestly that's more than enough for me.."

"Do you really mean it..and are you okay with it.."Cabir asked as he was genuinely intrigued because he knew Manik too well. Manik wasn't someone who likes to compromise but this time he was doing it and was genuinely happy about it which really shocked Cabir.

"Something is better than Nothing Cabir.."Manik looked at him. "..and honestly she isn't wrong in her place. She needs time..so I will give her that..because she is totally worth it."

"That she is.."even Cabir agreed. "..no doubt about that."

"You actually agreed.."this time Manik was shocked for real.

"Well it's shouldn't be a surprise Manik..if she can change you and end up making you a better person and can shut Nyonika's mouth with her answer..so isme toh koi doubt hi nahi that she is indeed one gem of a person...a perfect match for you." Manik knew Cabir meant each and every words that he just spoke.

"Honestly what makes me more lucky that even I have a true friend like you..who coordinated with a complete stranger just to bring back the smile on his friends face."Manik patted Cabir's shoulder "you knew na I was worried..and needed to talk to Nandini alone..that's why you did all this"

"Of course I did..your face is like an open book Manik so it wasn't difficult for me to realise that you needed some alone time..but saying this I will also have to add one thing..that actually it was Navya who called me up..and made the whole plan along with me.."

"She even included Nandini's grandma so that you could get enough time to sweep her off her feet..so you need to thank Navya as well.."Cabir pointed out.

"Of course I will thank her as well...but that doesn't change the fact that you are always there for me.."Manik was genuinely touched with Cabir's gesture.

"That's what friends are for Manik..that's what family members are for..so please ab thanks mat bolna.."Cabir warned.

"As you say my lord.."Manik agreed instantly making Cabir smile.

"But Manik you need to be really careful especially in front of Dhruv..you know na how observant he is..aaj toh pakde hi jate but today somehow I managed to distract him..but agey se we really need to be careful..at least in front of him..till the time everything gets sorted between you and Nandini..you have to be really Alert.."Cabir said with authority.

"I will Cabir..I promise.."Manik nodded his assent.

"Achcha toh chal ab bata..exactly kidnap kiya kaise tune ussey aur sari arrangements kaise thi.."Cabir asked raising his eyebrows.

"Fine..toh sun.."saying this Manik begin to narrate everything as the car started to move towards the desire destination.
