"..slow down Manik.."Cabir yelled as Manik hit the accelerator "..I don't want to die so young..abhi toh jawani aai hai meri..kyu meri jaan lene pe tula hai.."

But Manik paid no heeds to him instead he continued to drive faster.

"Manik slow down..Manik.."once again Cabir pleaded however it had zero effect on Manik so Cabir had no other option rather to pull out his trump card.

"Manik tujhe Nandini ki Kasam..stop the car.."

And the very next moment the car came to a screeching halt.

Cabir finally sighed in relief as finally Manik stopped the car at the side of the road.

Once he got a grip over his erratic heartbeat he looked at Manik who was looking straight ahead.

However his expressions only made Cabir howl in laughter as he couldn't stop himself from uttering the words out.

"To stop the train..

..pull the chain..

Manik..train..

..Nandini chain.."

And once again he burst out laughing.

But for a change Manik didn't say anything.

He simply continued to look ahead.

"Manik.."Cabir patted Manik's shoulder when he finally managed to get a grip over his laughter. "..kin khayalo me duba hai..mere bhai.."

When Manik still didn't say anything finally it got too much finally Cabir did something which was enough to break Manik's reverie.

Picking up the bottle from the top of the dashboard he simply opened the lid and emptied the entire bottle on Manik.

And as expected..

Manik finally got back to the real world.

"Cabir.."he yelled. "What the heck is wrong with you.."

"Nothing is wrong with me Mr.Malhotra.."Cabir replied calmly. "..but it seems everything is wrong with you.."

"Kab se puch raha hu..what's wrong with you..but bhai sahab kaun si duniya me hai...yeh khud ko bhi pata nahi.."

"So you chose to drench me.."Manik wiped the drops of water of his face. "..woh bhi aise.."

"Anything that works bro.."Cabir shrugged. "Waise ab bataega Kya chal raha hai tere dimag me.."

Manik looked at him and said "Dhruv loves Nandini...Cabir..do you think koi aur breaking news ho sakti hai at the moment.."saying this he got out of the car followed by Cabir.

"Manik.."Cabir stood next to him as Manik stood taking the support of the car. "..please tell me what's up with you.."

"Kya bolu main Cabir.."Manik closed his eyes. "..Dhruv is indeed a better person.."

"..honestly he is a better man.."

"..woh Nandini ko mujhse zyada khush rakhega.."

His words shocked Cabir. "What.."he yelled at the top of his voice. "..have you lost it Manik.."

"No Cabir..I haven't lost it.."he looked back at Cabir. "Tell me this..don't you agree ki Dhruv is better then me..in everything...He is the gentleman..isn't he.."

"Of course he is.."Cabir agreed. "..but Manik..this isn't some sort of game..this is real life..isme sirf tum aur Dhruv hi nahi..Nandini bhi involved hai.."

Cabir's words confused Manik. "Haan toh..when did I deny that.." to which Cabir replied. "..then why are you thinking like this.."

"Thinking like what.."Manik snapped at Cabir.

"To be the sacrificing king.."Manik's eyes widened in shock as he realised what Cabir was referring to.

"Have you lost it Cabir.."Manik shook his head. "..you think I am going to play the game of sacrifice..jaise filmo aur Ekta Kapoor ke serials me hota hai..are you crazy.."

Now it was Cabir's turn to get shock. "Matlab.."

"Matlab yeh Mr.Cabir ki Nandini sirf Manik ki hai..just like Manik sirf Nandini ka..nothing or nobody can change this fact.."Manik smirked.

"Tab tu woh sab kya kah rah tha..ki Dhruv is a better person..he truly deserves Nandini.."Cabir spoke out his confusion.

"Of course I meant it Cabir.."Manik tried to see Cabir his point of view.

"Dhruv is definitely a better person.."

"..because had it been him in my place he would have happily sacrificed his love for me.."

Cabir was about to speak when Manik finally finished his sentence which stopped Cabir in mid way.

"Nandini deserves Dhruv because indeed he is better for him.."
