"Manik..will you please pay attention to the road.."Nandini scolded him for the zillionth time "..i don't want to end up in a road accident."

Manik who was still looking at her while driving raised his eyebrows "..don't tell me ki Miss.Murthy ko dar bhi lagta hai.."

"Of course lagta hai Mr.Malhotra.."Nandini replied without looking at him. "..abhi meri umar nahi hui hai upar jane ki..mai toh ek choti si..nanhi si..munni si..pyari si bachi hu.."

"Really.."Manik faked a shock expression which annoyed Nandini beyond measures. "What do you mean by REALLY..Manik..don't you agree with me.."

"I want to Nandini...trust me.."Manik smirked. "..but Kya karu..nahi ho pa raha hai..yakeen."

"Kyu.."Nandini scowled. "Kyu nahi ho raha yakeen tumhe.."

"The way you handle my mother.."she finally looked back at him when he uttered the words out loud "..and the way you got me here..it's pretty difficult to believe that...don't you think.."

"Whatever Manik.."she rolled her eyes and once again looked away however the blush on her cheeks didn't went unnoticed by Manik but he chose to not grill her at the moment as he had several other questions to get answer to.

"But on a serious note Nandini..how did you do it.."Nandini smiled as Manik finally asked the question that she knew he was dying to ask from part two hours. "..how did you pull this IMPOSSIBLE stunt off Nandini.."

"I told you yesterday only.."she smirked "..that IMPOSSIBLE itself says I AM POSSIBLE..you should have believed me then only..but you didn't..toh why should I tell you my secret now..tell me.."

"Oh come on Nandini..cut the crap yaar.."Manik stopped the car "..see I stopped the car that too on the sides of the road...see now there is no danger of accident too..now I can fully pay attention to you..so please meri Maa.."he folded his hands in front of her and pleaded "..please..please..please..tell me..how did you do all this..the suspense is killing me..please.."

"Oye don't you dare call me your Maa..call your own mother that.."Nandini slapped his shoulders. "Fine..toh mere hone wale bachcho ki maa..please bata do..please.."

"Manik.."Nandini yelled as she hit him harder on his shoulders this time. "..what nonsense..matlab kuch bhi bakwas.."she looked away.

"Oye hoye.."he poked her cheeks "..sharmana and all..Kya baat FUTURE MRS.MANIK MALHOTRA TO BE..gaal toh laal ho gaye hai aapke..jaise tamatar..I am loving this red colour on your cheeks waise.."

She slapped his hands his hand and said "Shut up Manik..now drive..we can't be late.."to which Manik stubbornly replied "..sorry Miss Murthy..this gaddi is not moving anywhere..jab tak you won't tell me everything.."

"But Manik.."Nandini tried to speak but Manik cut him off "..No..means No..Miss.Murthy..I learnt this from you only..if you won't tell me what's everything..I am not going to drive..and eventually we will be late for this meeting..then you will be the only one responsible to answer ki why were late.."

Since Nandini knew how stubborn Manik was and she didn't wanted to be late for the meeting so she finally agreed to spill the bean "Fine.."she sighed and looked at him.

"Yesterday once Pandit Ji told me that we were supposed to go for this meeting..I set up a video conferencing with Pandit Ji..in presence of Nyonika Mam..and Principal sir...while you were busy in checking that details of the initial preparation with Abhimanyu and Mukti.."

"Honestly I was a bit apprehensive about your mother's reaction when Pandit Ji told her that you and I were supposed to leave at 5 A.M..but much to both my and Pandit Ji's surprise she not only agreed to it but also made all the arrangements so that I could reach your house by 4.00.."

"However I couldn't wake you up directly in her presence by going into your room..so I told her that I needed to use the washroom. She asked the house help to escort me to the washroom in the guest room."

"On our way there I asked the house help about you and somehow got the information out from her regarding your room. Once she left me alone I rushed to your room. Due to past experiences I knew you never unlock your room so I easily got into your room."

"You were sleeping like a baby..and honestly I wouldn't have waked you up on some other day but unfortunately today wasn't your best day because first we were getting late for the meeting and secondly you challenged me..so i simply did what I had to."

"I went to your washroom..filled the bucket with chilled water..and.."she winked at him. "You know the rest..don't you."

"But what about Nyonika..didn't she ask you..what took you so long.."Manik questioned curiously to which Nandini replied "Of course she did..but I was very well prepared for that..so I simply said that the house was too big and I sort of got lost.."

"..and she bought that.."Manik was shocked now. "My house isn't half of the size of your your Amms's Gurukul..doesn't Nyonika knows that.."

"Apparently she hasn't connected the dots yet..though I have given her several hints..so that sort of work in my favour as she too easily bought my lie..and not only that she offered me coffee too.."Nandini smirked.

"..of course and you two were chatting like besties.."Manik shuddered at the thought "..I won't lie..the visual was pretty disturbing.."

"Well that should be.."Nandini winked which made Manik smile. "Well I have to say Miss.Murthy..I am highly impressed and from now on I promise I will never ever underestimate you..that's for sure.."

"Good for you Mr.Malhotra.."she looked at her watch "..well now that you have learnt your lesson will you please start the car..or else we will be late for this meeting.."

"Whatever MAM wants.."saying this Manik started the car and the next moment drove away with a smiling Nandini right next to him.
