Chapter 3 : The Truth

Next Day...

When I was at school, Taeyong sunbae kept looking at me and smirking. I was really confused especially since that call. I guess I should just see later at 8 p.m., shouldn't I?

A few hours later...

It was already 8 so I took my denim jacket and went to the park where Taeyong sunbae is waiting for me. I finally arrived at the park and saw sunbae. He was wearing casual clothes and I don't know why but he seemed more attractive than ever. My heart was beating so fast. I walked towards him and greeted him.

Y/N : "Annyeonghaseyo."

Taeyong : "Ah, you're here, finally..."

We then sat down at the bench. He didn't say anything so I asked him.

Y/N : "Mmm... sunbae? Why did you call me here?"

He then stood up and held my hand.

Taeyong : "Y/N, you smell so sweet already..."

He said as he licked my wrist. I was startled when he did that. "What's going on?" I thought. Suddenly, Taeyong's eyes went red and his fangs became bigger. He then opened his mouth and bit my wrist. I was in shock. It wasn't very painful when he did it but my body started feeling weaker. I then fainted...

I woke up a while later and saw that I was in a room that I never saw before. We were no longer at the park. I then looked around and heard a voice.

Taeyong : "You woke up already?"

Y/N : "Sunbae? What time is it?"

Taeyong : "2 a.m."

What? I passed out for more or less 6 hours? Then I remembered. The image of him biting my wrist was still clear in my head. I was frightened. I then took a look on my wrist and there were still remains of his fangs there. In a shaky voice, I asked him...

Y/N : "What are you?"

Taeyong : "I'm a vampire."

I was shocked. I thought vampires weren't real but here I am facing a real one in front of me.

Y/N : "Vampire? That's why your eyes turned red and fangs got bigger..."

He nodded. He then walked and sat on the bed with me.

Taeyong : "Yeah, I'm sorry that I sucked your blood. I get a little out of control at night."

I was confused. My mind couldn't process anything.

Y/N : "But... but..."

Taeyong : "Ask away. It's fine, I don't mind."

He smirked.

Y/N : "Why didn't I became a vampire too? I thought when a vampire bites someone, they became a vampire too?"

Taeyong : "Those were just fairytales. Humans can't be vampires. The only vampires that exist are the true descendants of vampires. If we suck person's blood, they don't turn into a vampire, they just get weak and die."

His last statement made me frightened even more. But, I tried to stay calm.

Y/N : "So, why didn't I die?"

Taeyong : "Cause, I didn't want you to."

He smiled. My heart started beating rapidly fast and I immediately blushed. It's weird how I'm still head over heels for him even after I knew that he was a vampire.

Taeyong : "Anymore questions?"

Y/N : "Why me?"

Taeyong : "Because of your scent."

Y/N : "My scent?"

He nodded.

Taeyong : "Your scent is really sweet. I could resist when it's day time but when it's night, I couldn't."

He chuckled. He then looked at me directly at my eyes and said...

Taeyong : "That's why you're now my prey. I marked you. Give me your blood when I want it, okay?"

I nodded unconsciously. He was so charming that I couldn't say no.

Y/N : "But just don't let me die, okay?"

He nodded. He seemed very pleased that I agreed. I didn't know why I did what I did but I did it anyway.

Y/N : "Anyways, where are we?"

Taeyong : "My room."

Y/N : "What!?"

I immediately stood up.
