Drops of rain started to pour down. We just stood still there as if time stopped for the both of us. Tears flowed out my eyes as I saw him standing with a calm smile in front of me. He looks healthy and uninjured, that's great. He changed his hair color to black now. It's been a while, hasn't it? I then snapped. I can't. I need to go. I'm not going back 2 u, I promised. It's better for us both. It'll hurt you and it'll hurt me seeing you hurt. I only can cry looking at you and give you a smile before I ran through the rain, while holding my necklace. I ran and ran towards an alley and cried harder. It hurts. Why does it hurt so much? I thought this feeling already went away all these years. I cried and cried till things went black and I collapsed to the ground.

#Taeyong's POV

I was walking back to the NCT mansion after a dance practice with the boys. I could just teleport back to the mansion but I felt like walking that night. I looked up as I walked and saw the stars. They were beautiful. It reminded me of those days with Y/N. I haven't seen her after my coronation. I was busy and so was she. Soon, I had a reeky feeling and ahead of me, somebody was getting surrounded by a vampire gang. I soon ran there and fought them. I then turned around to see the person, and to my surprise, it was Y/N. I could only give a calm smile. I think that it was about time we met again.

Taeyong : "Hey, sweety."

As soon as I said that, tears flowed out of her eyes. Rain started to pour down. Time stopped for the both of us. We were just standing there in the middle of the rain. Suddenly, she started running away. I gave a sigh and waited for a while, before I teleported myself. I soon saw an alley and saw her crying, while holding the necklace I gave her. "Ah... she's still wearing it... thank you, Y/N-ah, for not forgetting me." I thought.

Soon, she collapsed so I rushed to her and lifted her up, bridal style. I looked at her face and brushed her hair off her face. "I missed you so much, Y/N-ah. I'll explain everything. So, please run back 2 me." I said in my mind. I then teleported us to my room back in the mansion.

I laid her on my bed and put my hand on top of her hand and gave her heat. Then, I looked at her, worried.

#Your POV

Everything I tried to forget about our relationship flashed back to my mind in an instant. Everything we've been through. I soon flashed my eyes open and scanned the room. It really reminded me of the first time he brought me to his room. I sat down and looked at him as he looked back.

Y/N : "What happened?"

Taeyong : "You collapsed after crying hard last night. I'm sorry."

Y/N : "How did you find me?"

Taeyong : "I guess you forgot I can teleport."

Y/N : "Oh yeah..."

He chuckled. It was good hearing his laugh again. I then realized.

Y/N : "I need to go. I can't be here."

I quickly collected my stuff.

Taeyong : "It's fine, Y/N-ah, take your time."

Y/N : "No, no, no, I need to go. Your dad will kill us both. I can't see you hurt again, I can't."

He then held my shoulder and turned me around to face him.

Taeyong : "It's fine, Y/N. Really. My dad won't hurt us."

Y/N : "Huh?"

Taeyong : "I'm king now remember? Every vampire needs to follow my orders."
Y/N : "What?"

Taeyong : "My dad can't hurt us. He's powerless since he stepped down from the throne. He can't do anything to us."

Y/N : "Really?"

He nodded. I made a big smile and tears flowed out of my eyes yet again. I hugged him. I inhaled his familiar scent. He didn't hug me back so I soon backed out.

Y/N : "Mm... sorry... I just missed you... You must've gotten a girlfriend all these years, haven't you? With your loo-"

He cut me off as he surrounded me with his arms.

Taeyong : "There hasn't been a girl other than you. I missed you too."

I hugged him back. Suddenly, I heard my ringtone ringing so I broke the hug and took the call.

?? : "Y/N?"

Y/N : "Ah, oppa! What's up?"

I smiled hearing the familiar voice.

#Taeyong's POV

As she picked up the call, she soon said...

Y/N : "Ah, oppa! What's up?"

Oppa? A guy? Her boyfriend maybe? After all, it's been a while. She must have a boyfriend. I took a huge sigh and calmed myself down. "It's okay, Yong. You can do this. You can win her back."
