Chapter 13 : Meeting

I then called Taeyong as I promised earlier. Also to tell him about what my brother said.

Rrrriiinnnggg.... Rrriiinnnggg....

Taeyong : "Hey, sweety."

Y/N : "Yong! We kinda have a problem."

Taeyong : "I just picked up the phone and you said that?"

I could hear him chuckle through the phone.

Y/N : "Sorry. Hey."

Taeyong : "Hahaha, it's fine. What's the problem?

Y/N : "My brother wants to meet you tomorrow. He kinda found out we have a thing. Aish, that jenius seriously!"

Taeyong : "A thing? What thing?"

Y/N : "You know..."

I hesitated.

Taeyong : "It's fine, I know you wanted to take it slow. Talking about that, what should I introduce myself as then?"

Y/N : "You can be introduced as my boyfriend, we like each other anyways, right?"

Taeyong : "Ooh, I'm the boyfriend now?"

Y/N : "Aish, don't do that."

Taeyong : "Hahahaha, I'm glad though."

Y/N : "Anyways, I'm worried about 1 thing. What if he finds out you're a vampire?"

Taeyong : "Hmmm.... How about we tell him first?"

Y/N : "So, you wanna drop the bomb first?"

Taeyong : "It's better for him to know now, then finding out later."

Y/N : "True, I'll just go with you."

Taeyong : "Ok. Just trust me, sweety."

Y/N : "I do trust you."

Taeyong : "I miss you right now, blood and everything."

Y/N : "We'll meet tomorrow, just control yourself till then, okay?"

Taeyong : "Sure, bye."

Y/N : "Bye."

Next Day...

After school, me and Taeyong went back to my place with his motorbike. The maid opened the door for us and we went in. Taeyong looked around the place and gave a reassuring smile to me.

Y/N : "Oppa! He's here!"

Namjoon : "Wait a sec!"
Taeyong looked at me then leaned closer to my ear and whispered...

Taeyong : "I wish you called me oppa."

Y/N : "Aish, hajima!"

I replied as I hit his back. My brother then walked down the stairs and saw us. We immediately went quiet and Taeyong bowed to him.

Taeyong : "Annyeonghaseyo, hyungnim. I'm Lee Taeyong. Y/N's boyfriend."

My brother was startled a bit then he looked at me.

Namjoon : "I knew you had a thing!"

I glared at him. I can't believe he said that out loud in front of Taeyong.

Y/N : "Oppa!"

He chuckled at me.

Namjoon : "Let's sit down, shall we?"

We then sat down on the couch in the living room. Me and Taeyong on one couch and across us was my bro. There was an awkward silence in the room for a while till my brother said...

Namjoon : "Since you're younger than me, I'll speak comfortably okay?"

Y/N : "He's actually just younger than you by a year, oppa."

Namjoon : "Oh really? That means you're a 95 liner?"

Taeyong nodded.

Y/N : "Well anyways, before you start the talk. We have something to tell you first."

He looked at us weirdly and curiously.

Y/N : "Taeyong is... mmm... he's a..."

Taeyong : "I'm a vampire."

He looked at Yong and stared at him.

Namjoon : "That's it?"

I was shocked. He didn't even get surprised! Taeyong was also kinda surprised with his reply.

Y/N : "What!? How!? I mean you're not surprised at all!?"
Namjoon : "Of course it's fascinating that I met another vampire but I'm used to it, I guess."

Y/N : "Another?"

Namjoon : "Ah, Yoongi hyung is also a vampire, Y/N."

Y/N : "Yoongi oppa!? Wah..."

I was processing everything he said as Taeyong rubbed my back to calm me down. Immediately as my brother started to talk again he pulled his hands and brought them to a polite position. He talked about normal things actually. I regretted being nervous about it. As the chat ended, me and my brother accompanied Taeyong to the door.

Namjoon : "Hey, Taeyong?"

He looked at my brother.

Namjoon : "I approve of you and Y/N. Protect her, okay?"

Taeyong smiled in relief and replied...

Taeyong : "Of course, you can trust me, hyungnim."

He smiled back at Yong and I was relieved. I'm very grateful that my brother accepted him as a vampire and all. Taeyong then said goodbye and left. My brother closed the door and I hugged him. I then whispered...

"Thank you." He then stroked my head and said...

Namjoon : "You know I just want you to be happy right?"

I nodded and we stayed in a hugging position for a while.
