Who are you?

                                                                           Sophia's Pov:

"You're not allowed to be back here!" The voice was slightly angry though not at all aggressive more like a stern parent finding out about there child getting detention.  I looked up to see Daveed Diggs looking down at me curious but also annoyed as to him it did look like I was trespassing.

I quickly tried to explain "well uh you um see m-my friend um well then uh Lin um" I was then interrupted by Lin "I brought them back here Daveed her friend had passed out she's looking after her no need to worry" he then looked at me "help yourself to some food while you back here" I quickly replied "thank you" though I wasn't planning on eating anything as I would feel rude.

After a while, the show had already begun cast members were coming off and going on stage constantly though luckily Lin had now explained my presence backstage to everyone.

I noticed Emily began to move slightly and her eyes shot wide open she began to freak out of course I quickly tried to quieten her and when she's calmed down Jonathan Groff sat next to us and handed us both a glass of water and a cookie "thank you"  I replied graciously as Emily downed her water but didn't seem to touch the cookie only taking small nibbles.

Emily's POV:
When I woke up Jonathan Groff. The. Jonathan. Groff. Handed me a glass of water and cookie, I quickly drank the but only nibbled the cookie. "So I know you two are the lottery winners but who are you?"Jonathan asked us, Sophia spoke softly "my names Sophia and I are 14," she said with her hand out, Jonathan took it and shook it surprised at her formality. "And I'm Emily and I'm also 14", i said not really not what else to say. "So if you don't mind me asking where do you two live?" Jonathan asks my stomach dropped through the floor. "Fuck", I said then I realised I'd said it out loud I quickly stood up "I should leave..and go.. home sorry bye" I said as I hastily exited the building leaving sophia and Jonathan in shock.

I was so annoyed with myself I should've just made something up I sat down quite defeated in the ally next to the Rodgers all was peaceful outside but that peace was soon interrupted a by a gang of teenage kids who were looking for something fun. I was there fun...
They beat me up for a while making sure not to leave a spot without pain as I softly whimpered and cried, when the were done they threw me onto the top of a low roof next to the theatre but it was still too high for me to jump from so I quietly cried myself to sleep cold and alone my backpacks contents scattered all over the ground.

Lins POV:
After the show ,I quickly changed and headed to the sofa to speak with the girl with bruises but only the other girl sat there seeming quite lonely and nervous. "Where is she?" I asked quickly "I'm sorry she ran out a few minuets prior I'm not sure where she is she was to quick im really sorry" the girl looked as if she was about to cry so I quickly hugged her "hey hey calm down it's ok we've just got to find her do you know where she lives?" The girl looked down and spoke softly "I do not I'm sorry" she was very well spoken I assumed she was part of a from uptown. "We should look outside first she could still be close" I heard Daveed behind us "your right lets go" I replied to him.

As we walked outside I looked in the ally next to the theatre and her backpack she wore lay and the ground it's contents scattered full of dirt and as it seemed a little blood. My heart began to pound as I frantically looked around for her and called out to her but to no avail.
We spread out doing a full search of the ally way then Pippa and Renee came out to help us find her and help her.
It had been about 25 minuets when Pippa shouted "she's over here on the roof of the other building" I quickly ran into the other building and explained everything they lead me to the roof.

It looked like a short jump from below but when I actually got up there it was terrifying I couldn't imagine how Emily had possibly gotten up here the owners said a young girl of her description hadn't walked in all night.

I saw Emily and picked her up, she'd passed out again I assumed it was from blood loss or trauma as she was covered in blood. We took her inside and cleaned off the dirt and blood.

After we'd cleaned her i decided it was best to drive her home, everyone else had long since left so I put her in my car and began to drive to my house. The drive seemed long I assumed it was because of the deafening silence as I didn't want to listen to music and wake her she seemed like she needed all the rest she could get. As soon as I got home I lay her in the spare room, I would speak to her tomorrow.
