After the "The Buzz” episode, Gerald and Ms. Mhila were called in the office of the Starbuilders. Gerald suddenly felt that something will gonna be wrong. The management will not call their stars if it is not that important or he/she has not committed any violation. He has an intuition why.
Inside the Office, they were asked by the secretary to sit down and wait for Mr. Santos and Ms. Cruz, the Starbuilders VP for Promotion and Marketing. When they arrived, Gerald & Ms. Mhila rose and greeted them: Good evening Mam, sir!
Mr. Santos: Good evening. We will go straight to the point. Gerald, we watched you during your interview with Ms. Toni and Tito Boy at the Buzz earlier. Why have you announce publicly your personal relationship with Sarah Geronimo? Why did you admit that you are courting her? Have you forgotten that before you made any announcement, it should first be cleared with the office? Who gave you the permission to do so?
Ms. Mhila, have you not reminded your talent about the policies.
Ms. Mhila answered: Yes sir, I reminded him about it. Sorry.
Gerald just sit straight, looked down and fidgeted with his hands He waited until Mr. Santos finished talking, then raised his head and looked straight to Mr. Santos. He answered all the questions given him:
Sir, Mam: Sorry for what happen, Ms. Mhila did not know anything nor have any inkling about my statement during the interview. It is my personal decision to open up about the real score between me and Sarah. I felt at that point in time that I have to be honest about my real intention. Sarah nor her family did not know anything about my decision. It is just a spur of the moment situation that my heart says it is about time that I have to be honest about the most important point in my life. I am really in love with Sarah and everybody already knows about it (Deep breathe), and I will stand by what I have publicly announce that I love her and is courting her, hoping that someday, she will eventually reciprocate my feelings.
Ms. Cruz: But Gerald, you know the policy that it is us, who have a say to whom you will be paired, it is written in your contract. Your personal views about it are not of value. What will happen now to the Love team we are promoting between you and Jewel Mische? The management had already spent so much for the promotions to be launched in ASAP next week. Sarah is not a part of our production company. She is one of the big stars of one our competitor.
Gerald: Mam, I know about the company's policy. But I can no longer control my feelings; I have to prove somehow that my intention for Sarah is pure and true. One way of showing it, is for me to publicly announce that I am really attracted to her and I love her. What do you want me to do, deny her and lose her in the process? (Almost teary eyes)... I can't imagine myself without her Mam. She is my life. If I lose her, nothing matters anymore.
Ms. Cruz: It is beside the point Gerald. Abide with the company's policy, or else, we will sue you for breach of contract. Ms. Mhila, make your talent understand that he is binded with to this company. Remember, we made you as you are now: "The Gerald Anderson". You owe us.
Ms. Mhila: Yes Sir, Mam. We will go ahead. Let's go Gerald, we will talk about this. Ms. Mhila touched Gerald and told him to follow her. Outside the Office, What have you done Ge; you put us on hot seat. Why of the many beautiful women being linked to you, you fall for somebody like Sarah? Sarah is "Big” in the industry.
Your admission is already all over the news. Looking up and touching her head, O Lord, help us. Okay... (Calmly)... Go home Ge, let me think about this, I'll call you later. Don't answer anymore questions from the press. Let me handle this.
Gerald: Sorry Ms. Mhila. I put you on a very difficult situation. But you have been like a mother to me and you know how I am feeling right now. You know how much I love Sarah. This is the first time; I felt this kind of feeling.
Ms. Mhila: Okay.... it happened already. We have to look for possible solution on this problem. Go home, reflect, what you really want in your life. Don't make any drastic action; wait for my call, please.
Gerald went home. He saw his mother watering her plants. "Good Evening Ma" and kissed her. He then went ahead and entered the house. His mother just looked at him and felt that something is wrong so she followed him inside the house. She was about to ask what happened during his interview. She expected to see his son to be happy and jubilant about it because they were talking about it for the past few days and she knows how much her son really love Sarah. "Son" is there a problem? Why so sad?
Gerald: No Mom, just a slight difference of opinion. Don't worry, I will fix this. I love you Mom, I'll just rest, feel so tired.
Inside his room. Gerald sat in his bed clutching his head and silently cried.

Lord, please do help me. I am at a lost. For such a long time, I've been trying to find the right girl who can make me feel special. I've tried wooing and befriending many girls but have not feel this "magical feelings" I am experiencing everytime I see Sarah. I met her during the point of my life that I wanted to stop believing about the true meaning of Love. She teaches me to believe again. That even in this gruelling artificiality in our industry, there is still someone out there who is left unaffected by fame and adorations. I know and believe that you sent Sarah into my life in order to save me from fall in into the Trap. Lord, you know what is in my heart. Please help me. I can't see myself without Sarah in my life.
He reached for his cell and punched on the Code Baby Girl.......... waited silently crying.
Ringing.........
Sarah: Hello Ge......
Gerald: ................ (Silence)
Sarah: Ge... what’s wrong? Please speak up. Geraldo... Baby Boy... Babes. (Something is wrong.... I felt it, he is not okay). Ge,,, please tell me what is happening to you? You know I will always be here to listen. (Still no answer)

Sarah: Please Ge, (Lord, why is he like this? He is so serious, he sound like he is in great pain, what can I do to help him, am I causing him more pains? He is my friend, one of my close friends, why do we have to be like this) we need to talk.
