"Hey, Morgan, the lecture is over now." Kyle sighed as he attempted to awaken the lunatic from his slumber, though the man seemed just as unresponsive from the lecture as everyone else in the room. "Hey-"
"Bring it on!!!" Morgan suddenly let out a battle cry, surprising Kyle so much that he stumbled and fell backwards.
"Sheesh, would you at least let me know beforehand if you're going to do that?!" Kyle asked angrily, rubbing his head where it had hit his desk.
"Ah, but I was having a glorious dream! I was surrounded by both warriors and mages, and I was just about to-"
"Yeah, I'm sure it would have been a grand fight. But didn't you say that you wanted to go an kill some undead after the lecture?" Kyle asked, and his words seemed to finally snap Morgan our of his delusion before the man suddenly sprang to his feet and grabbed Kyle by the front of his robes. "Hey, what are you-?!"
"Shut up and let's go! We're definitely killing more undead than you did with Livana yesterday!" Morgan shouted while throwing Kyle over his shoulder and walking over towards the still unconscious Livana. "Hey, get up! You need to witness my greatness!"
"No thanks. I couldn't poshibly take anymore..." Livana replied, grinning widely with a stream of drool dripping onto her desk. "Well, if you inshist. Hehehee."
With a final harrumph, Morgan grabbed Livana by the back of the leather armor that she always wore before repeating the same action that he'd used with Kyle, and soon he had both of them on his shoulders before the crazed beast man jumped out of the open window yet again, landing perfectly in the courtyard before heading towards the mansion's exit.
"Hey, I can walk you know!" Kyle complained.
"Put me down this instant!" Livana yelled, having finally woken up.
"Neither of you would be able to keep up with me if I didn't carry you!" Morgan replied with a savage grin, and Kyle didn't know what he ment before they instantly reached the front gates of the fence that surrounded the mansion. And as soon as Morgan stepped through them, Kyle's life flashed before his eyes as gravestones and trees alike blurred past them while Morgan ran. Of course, it was only to be expected that he would be faster at running than either humans or elves because of his race. Though Morgan seemed to be a monster on an entirely different level as Kyle figured now that the man could most likely outrun a horse galloping at full speed. Eventually, they started slowing down and Kyle had to look up as he saw the reason for it. They had reached what appeared to be a massive tomb surrounded by barred iron gates and five-meter-tall stone walls that gave an even more eerie feeling that the previous tomb had. At the front gates of the tomb, a pair of giant skeletons stood guard, though Kyle knew that these creatures were different from the otherseven without them being overly sized as they each wore what looked like heavy armor while wielding massive metal hammers.
"Perfect! Let's take this place over!" Morgan said enthusiastically before finally setting Kyle and Livana down.
"Are you kidding, the enemies here are clearly in a league above the others. There's no way that we can-"
"Nothing will stand in my way!" Morgan stated confidently before lowering his right hand to grip Kyle's shoulder sternly. "With my general here, we will pass though all obstacles and completely clear out this tomb!"
"Then count me out. I've no reason to prove myself and nothing to gain from enemies that I cannot defeat." Livana said in an agrovated tone.
"Do you really call yourself a dark lord if these pests can get the better of you?!" Morgan asked mockingly. "Go on and cower in fear if you want to. You aren't worthy of being my rival!"
