I lost my dreams,

===

After I had just finished up taking my midnight tea in the kitchen, I placed the utensils and plates on the sink and blew off the candle that lit the room, dimly.

I headed to the hall where my office is located. As I walk, I could hear noises of rages from (F/N)'s door. I had a puzzled face and so I knocked before coming in.

"Ah. Erwin." She greeted as she scratched her head, fuming. "Been wanting to shred those papers, are you?" I laughed. She gave a furious nod.

"What are you doing so late at such a time..?" I asked as I closed the door of (F/N)'s office. "Some schedules to do for some cadets tomorrow." She replied as she took a sharp intake of air.

"It's unusual that the commander slept early, though." I commented and (F/N) takes out another paper to write on. "I forced him into sleep, For the sake of Hanji not worrying about him." (F/N) chuckled as she wipes a sweat that ran on her forehead. "She's still not over him?" I laughed as I ask.

"Hmph. I think so, But who cares about them and their one-sided love." (F/N) said, uninterested. "Heh. Damn right." I agreed with a small smile.

"Anyway, How's you and your squad, Erwin?" She asked as she keeps on writing. "Me? I'm fine as always. Them? Still the same as ever." I responded back. "Eh? So those three pigs aren't in your squad?" She looked up, surprised. "Yeah, Flagon got them." I responded back as I shrugged my shoulders.

"Err... So you got the papers they wanted?" She asked further. I sighed and took out a scroll from a hidden pocket of my uniform. "Yes, Though they're pretty much too low on expectations." I said as I placed them down on the desk. "Sucks to them they're tailing behind nothing." She sighed as she signs a paper. "Y'know another expedition is coming up, right? You seriously have to sleep. And tomorrow's the day they get to decide." I said sternly.

"Say that to yourself; Sleep is for the weak, they say." She waved a hand lazily as she continues to write on handwritten and wrinkly papers.

"I feel distressed." I joked. "Okay then, make sure you get some sleep, you damn owl." I remarked. "Piss off." She replied as she shuffles a pile of papers. As I turned to head to the office door, I heard a shuffle, and groan of pain. I quickly turned around to find her, about to fall on the floor; flat. I immediately rushed to her assistance.

"(F/N)!" I said, in worry, catching her in my arms on time. Her, slightly shivering. An exhausted looking hand, gripping onto her head, squinting her eyes tight. Muscles awfully stiffened, and an unusual rapid pattern of breathing. I was terrified; worried, seeing her in such a state. "Breathe." I said softly, as I slowly remove her hand from her head, gently. Her breathing pattern soon became moderate, Stopped shivering and softened her muscles.

"I-I'm sorry you saw me in a sickly state." She looked away from my gaze of worry mixed with relief. "No, no.. I am so worried." I sighed. "Just.. What happened to you?" I frowned, held her chin to face me. "I.. honestly don't know." She lowered her head, teeth gritting. "Don't lie to me, (F/N)." I said, holding her hands.

I swear to the Gods of the walls, I can clearly see a hell of an amount of blush on her face.

"I..." She sighed. "I seriously don't know. I had this weird headache since I was little." She said, frowning. I sighed and patted her head. "I won't let you do more of these paperwork." I said sternly. "Tch, you sound like my damn mother." She laughed as she smiled softly. "You really shouldn't attend the expedition tomorrow. You must stay indoors, we can get a doctor for you." I slid an arm around her waist. (F/N) widened her eyes as she hid her own face from me.

"I-If that's what you want, Mister Eyebrows-" She was interrupted.

She was interrupted because of me.

I held her close to me;

I'm kissing her.

But I was shocked, shocked that she accepted me. I begged for entrance, but she refused. I growl lowly and bit her bottom lip, Her gasping, taking my victory to enter. I moved my hands to her cheeks and cupped them, (F/N) resting her arms around my shoulders. Our tongues were fighting for dominance, as I expected, I won.

Later, until I finally realized what I was doing, and interrupting her. I quickly pulled away from her, gasping for air. She gasped for air, as she looked at me. I looked at her, "I did not know what I was doing, I should leave." I said, bowing my head in shame. "No," (F/N) said, gripping the collar of my shirt. "I've been waiting." She smiled and connected ourselves as a continuation.

I had my eyes wide, shocked even more. I then held her waist close to me.

I want this to last long, but we all know that we live under rules. Wether we all like it or not, we have to live by them.

As we all know it, rules often get ignored. But that won't stop us from anything.
