In this disaster.

"We're going to raid Erwin's office." I said to Isabel and Farlan.
"Are you serious? That's suicide. We have to make sure he's not in there." He added. "Then let's wait for the time." I answered. Isabel scratching her head. "What if it isn't there..?" She asks.
"We'll just have to find out on the way. Let's go." I said and we walk to where that bastard's office is.
His days will be numbered as soon as we grab that scroll.
We soon reached the door of our bounty and Farlan decided to check if it's locked. Gladly, it opened.
"Unlocked? Erwin wouldn't do.." Farlan commented. "I'm going in." Isabel proudly said as she walked in. Me and Farlan standing outside as we wait, and to avoid suspicion from others.
A few minutes later, she got back with empty hands.
"It's not in there..?" I said, kind of suspicious. "Nope, It's not in there at all." Isabel huffed. "Then where is it? How can we accomplish this?" Farlan sighed. "But..! What if he's carrying it around with him..?!" Isabel theorized. "A pouch?? No way!" Farlan curled his eyebrows as he crossed his hands.
"We have to interrogate him in some way.." I held my thumb to my chin. "Why don't we check the library? Maybe it's our last chance??" Isabel offered. I looked at Farlan and he nods, "I guess we have no choice." He shrugged his shoulders as we set foot to the library.
As soon as we got to the door of the library, me and Farlan hid in some crates as Isabel sneaked in, searching for the targeted scroll.
Everything was going steady until I heard footsteps coming towards the library door.
Shit..!! Isabel's in there!
I peeked from the crates and saw nothing, I bet the person went inside quietly.
A few seconds later, a familiar face from the underground capture of us shoved Isabel to the wall and looked at her sternly. I nodded at Farlan and we got off our stance and charged at her, but instantly blocking them and hitting my head with Farlan's. We both groan as we glared deadly at her.
"You guys shouldn't look for it if I were you." The familiar woman said. I widened my eyes slightly, how did she know about this?
"Who are you, really?" Isabel growled. "The name's (F/N)." She said casually. The familiar name rang in my ears again, giving me a flashback from the capture at the underground.
"And how do we trust you for telling us we shouldn't look for it?" Farlan threw a menacing glare back at her. "I'm warning you, It's not going to end well." She replied. "And why?" I asked, her eyes meeting mine. "It's because such a thing doesn't exist at all." She said, us leaving our gaze confused.
"Sorry?" Farlan commented and (F/N) sighed. "I said, it doesn't exist." She massaged the bridge of her nose. "We don't stand with you. We're still going to get that scroll." I gestured Farlan and Isabel to follow me as we turned our backs against her.
I swear to God I felt her smirk.

"We'll be having an expedition in less than 22 hours." Commander Keith stated, everyone booming with whispers after. "This may be sudden to some newcomers." Keith looked at the criminal trio and looked back straight. "I want everyone to prepare reinforcements immediately as we take part of the expedition, that is all." Keith dismissed everyone, but I stayed put. "Commander, are you sure this plan is gonna work?" I asked, Keith rubbing the bridge of his nose. "We have no choice. This is their chance to lure them in; they didn't listen to you." He stated.
"Perhaps you're right, Commander." I sighed, looking at some cadets and veterans leave the room while the door was wide open. "I will try my best to stay out of it, but I'm aware this won't go well." I said, standing up from my seat and saluting before leaving the small conference room.
I went to the horse stables to tend to my horse, As soon as I got there, my horse wasn't in it's post. I ran to it and found my horse on the ground. "Kashi?" I called out my horse's name as I opened the stable doors. I knelt down as I placed my hand on the jawline of my male, black, delicate horse. Kashi neighed softly, yet a bit of yelping for pain. "What's happened?" I placed a worried expression on my face as I started to screen my horse.
Damnit. My horse is wounded.
"Kashi..?! What happened?" I said as I found a bleeding wound on his neck. "I'll tend to you, okay? I'm getting supplies." I said as I swiftly stood up and headed for the door. As I opened the door, I met up with Mike.
"Mike! Thank the gods, Can you keep an eye on Kashi for me? He's injured, I don't know from what, but please help him out." I said, Mike just nodded and headed inside my wounded horse's stable.
I rushed to the place where I can find a medical kit and soon ran back to my horse with the kit, I tended to it until a voice boomed.
"You can borrow my horse." Erwin said, I looked back at him, Mike sniffing silently. "Erwin, it's fine. It's your horse. Your horse might reject me because I'm not Erwin." I said, chuckling a little.
"No, no. It's all right. I can borrow another horse in the mean time." He said, "Oh. Alright, thank you." I smiled and left the stables of my horse to borrow Erwin's.
Today's gonna be a long day. If things go wrong with those three, we all know what will happen.
There's no turning back.
