And I got no power.

===

It's been exactly three years, six months, and fourteen days since we knew about (F/N) and her sickness.

Yes, I, Hanji Zoe, marked it all down. Everytime I list down how many days hours or days have passed, my nights grew more sleepless. Hell, Even if (F/N) gets any sleep, poor her.. As soon as the sickness with (F/N) has been known by other cadets, awful rumours and all started to spread throughout the division. Rumours such as (F/N) quitting and going to go back to her awful parents. Or maybe quitting just to be a prostitute. God, we're all slowly getting old and yet there are still people out there acting like children at the age of nine.

These days... (F/N) has been in a lot of absence as she goes far to look for that one rare medicine. Fortunately, she found a source not far away from Stohess.

And then, Commander Keith conducted another expedition. And I gotta tell y'all, the whole Corps will never forget that expedition that Keith last commenced.

After all these years of Keith leading and being the twelfth commander of the Survey Corps, he finally chose to give up.

He gave up that dreadful position to (F/N), but she wholeheartedly refused. She had such a clear shot of being the thirteenth commander, but things are meant to let go. Of course, Keith already know what has happened to her. Instead, he gave that position to Erwin Smith.

Where did Keith go? He ended up being the commander of the Trainee Corps.

After Erwin having his power of being a commander, Erwin then promoted Levi Ackermann from a cadet to a high-ranked corporal. Erwin even gave him a special-ops squad. While I chose to stay as a Squad Leader, and with permission, Moblit Berner became my assistant. Mike chose to stay as a Squad Leader as well, then got Nanaba by his side as an assistant too. As for (F/N), nothing happened, just stayed as a high-ranked corporal as well. In a different field, Nile Dok, however got the opportunity to be the commander of the Military Police, from what we heard.

It grew more sorrowful as lives got devoured by the titans until Eren Jaeger, one of the used to be 'mere' cadets in the one-hundred fourth batch of the Trainee Corp came.

When titans broke through the walls and into the bustling district of Trost, the Trainee Corps was released there to defend the inner walls as they were assigned to eliminate all titans. Many lives were lost during the fight between the titans and the cadets. Eren was one of them. But expectations were too low, until Eren had the ability to turn into a titan.

There was later an unauthorized interrogation of Eren, who was in defense of his two believed childhood friends, Armin Arlert and Mikasa Ackermann. The unwanted interrogation was commenced by the high-ranks of the Garrison and some of the Military Police.

The interrogation went wrong, for Eren has transformed into a titan, but immobile. He didn't really transform, but rather then created a huge half of a titan's skeleton.

Erwin was on all ears as soon as he heard the name, Eren Jaeger. And we all know it, everything will change if we dwell into the untold secrets of what this world really is.

"Did you see that?! His tooth grew back!!!!" Hanji flailed her arms in the air as she zoomed in to her own office. I sighed, taking in all the events that happened today. "That trial was interesting." Mike said, covering his chin, thinking in deep thought. "Levi, do talk to Eren about everything he needs to fulfil under your field." Erwin said, Levi nodding. "Tch. Sure, Why the hell do I need another brat.." He mumbled as he walked away from our eyes.

I coughed slightly, Erwin looking concerned. "How're you feeling?" Erwin's eyebrows crinkle.

Tch.

I looked at him, my hand still covering my mouth. "I'm doing okay, thanks." I said, I put on a smile as I wiped the smallest dots of blood on the palm on my handkerchief. "Have you been taking your medicine lately?" he asked, in the most caring tone ever.

God I love hearing his voice so much. I feel like your voice is my medicine.

"I've been taking them, alright." I gave a quick kiss on his cheek. "Good to hear, how are things in your position?" He asked sweetly. "Are you okay? Did you drink something?? Why are you asking so much?" I chuckled, wrinkling my eyebrows.

"No, I'm just asking so I can hear your voice." He smirked lightly, I slightly had a small tint of pink appear on my cheeks. "Last thing to ask, you still haven't changed a single bit in your mind to resign? I can have papers arranged." He said, softly coiling each of his hands on my forearms.

"It's been three years, Erwin,, You think that could still change my mind?" I laughed jokingly, as I punched his chest, my knuckles starting to swell from that bolo tie he had around his neck that hangs down to his chest. Erwin's flawless face brittled from a worried look, to a relaxed one. He chuckled in response, "Damn, silly me." He laughed as he loosened his grip from my forearms.

Behind that smile, I could still see pain in him.

I know he wants me to resign.

"I'll leave you to it then.~" He gave a kiss on my forehead before smiling. I sighed and gave a tired smile. Unexpectedly, Erwin pulled my head close to his chest and hugged me the tightest. I inhaled the smell of his expensive perfume. We stayed like that for a few minutes, Me then trying to get off of him. "I can't breathe,, Erwin.." I muffled into his chest. Erwin laughing and then finally pulled back from the long hug. "We must plot the plans for our operation to retake Wall Rose." He said, "Are you certain a mere cadet could change everything?" I asked, full of uncertainty in my voice. Erwin had his beautiful, glimmering blue eyes at mine. His eyes spell out determination. His kissable lips then moved to speak.

"I'm not certain. No one knows what Cadet Jaeger will do. If he does anything good or bad, then humanity will surely change."
