Today is the day where the four of us reunite with Nile. It really has been too long. I unbuttoned the top button of my shirt, Then adjusting the usual tanned jacket of the Survey Corps. I sighed and soon went out of my office. It is pretty late at night now, Most of the soldiers have gotten home to their families for a not even long day off. I took a sigh as the sleepiness dominates over me, I haven't been getting much sleep lately. I met up with Mike and Hanji, them still in the uniform.

"Where's (F/N)?" I asked as I ran up to them. "She said she'll be on her way in a bit, Told us we should already head out. She got paperwork in her hands tonight." Mike shrugged his shoulders. I just nodded slowly as I understood his statement. "Okay, Let's go!" Hanji pumped a fist in the air as we all walk to the said bar where we all are supposed to meet. In the walk on the way, I want to verify if (F/N) settled everything.

"So, Hanji." I interjected, Hanji humming as a response. "Are you in good terms with (F/N) now?" I ask. "Oh, after accepting her apology she just coughed and went back to her office casually, Which is probably a good sign..." Hanji whistled after. I nodded as we finally reached the bar, then came searching for Nile, said he reserved one for us.

"Erwin!"

Someone yelled out, I looked around and the found Nile, waving as he's laid back on a wooden chair. I signalled Hanji and Mike to follow me.

We approached Nile and sat on each of the unoccupied chairs.

"It's been so long." Nile said as he took a shot of whatever that was. "It really has." I smiled softly. "You look old! This is why you can't get a girlfriend!!" Hanji wheezed as she slaps table profusely as she laughed like a total maniac.

She already looks drunk without drinking.

"Shut the fuck up, Four eyes." Nile growled. Mike sniffing then smiling as he let out a small chuckle.

"Oh, how about you,, eyebrows?!? Will you ever get a girlfriend with eyebrows those thick that covers half of your face?!? Hah!" Nile howled like a dying dog, honestly that kind of was offensive. Small traces of blush appeared on my face as I thought of (F/N), but soon disappeared after.

"But,, Where the hell is (F/N)?" Nile asked. "(F/N) has paperwork." Hanji said. "Corporal duties." I commented as I added. Working alongside the Commander is a tough job, I respect (F/N) for having to sacrifice half of this time.

"Hey waiter! Three shot glasses over here and the same bottle of this stuff over here!" Nile raised a hand to catch a waiter's attention. "Make that four." Then came (F/N), sitting on a chair behind us, cross-legged.

"(F/N)! What the hell? You're early. We just arrived here! We were just talking about how can Nile can get a girlfrie—" Hanji was interrupted by (F/N) who pushed her head from behind harshly. Hanji groaning as she went to massage the back of her head. Nile just glared at Hanji for a straight six seconds before sighing and yelling out to get more drinks for all of us.

Later then, Our drinks finally came. Then there goes a woman. "Here're your orders, soldiers." A beautiful looking woman says as she sets the glasses on the table. I turned to look at Nile and his mouth was slightly open, blush all over him. I smirked to myself, knowing what's happening in him right now.

"Thank you!" Hanji smiled widely as the waitress smiled cutely.

Erwin, stop it. I have (F/N). She's just right there.

"May I know your name?" I asked out of nowhere. Nile choking on his drink as he heard what I just said. Hanji screamed a few words before her voice lowers down into whispers, Mike just crossed his arms.

I can smell the smoke from (F/N)'s glare that's currently burning the back of my hair.

"U-Uhm. It's Marie. Why, you ask?" The woman, named 'Marie', stuttered. "Well.. I thought you were someone else... It is a small world, after all." I saved, completely calm. Stealing a glance at (F/N), she still seemed fishy about it. "And,, Nile over here needs a date, so..." I smirked lightly, Nile scoffed in a high tone. "Erwin, what the fuck are you pulling off!?" Nile interjected, his face was beet red. "Forgive him, he's drunk." I excused him, Marie just laughed.

"If you say so! I'll get back to work. Enjoy the night!" She smiled warmly and then left.

"Damn you. Eyebrows." Nile seethed with anger. "Hey, I just got you a date." I smirked as I teased him. "She doesn't even know me!!!!" Nile yelled, slamming his shot glass on the table. "But aren't dates supposed to make you know your partner better? Think, Nile. Think!" Hanji intervened as she laughed out loud.

"Seriously, Erwin! What the hell did I do to you?!?!" Nile yelled, flustered and still red. "Nothing. I just made the biggest sacrifice in humanity." I smirked and looked at (F/N). She glared scarily. "Shut up! I swear, I will take my revenge." Nile growled lowly.

"Huh. Perhaps Hanji was right. You do look like an old man." (F/N) laughed in the most adorable and genuine way. All of us stopped our actions and looked at her.

That laugh.

"(F/N)... Did you just.. laugh that cute?!" Hanji cooed slowly, surprised. "Wha-?!" She suddenly reacted back, Hanji then looping an arm around her neck. "You goddamn cutie!!!" She giggled, scrubbing (F/N)'s hair. "Get your hands off me, glasses!!!!!" (F/N) yelled fiercely, but to me.. she sounded so much like a child. Mike chuckling, Nile sighing, I smiled to myself.

"Guys, Your drinks are waiting." Mike intervened, Hanji and (F/N) stopped their shenanigans and now became quiet and took their small shot glasses with the ordered drink.

"Okay, So.. To what? To us? To the Corps? To our friendship or?—" Hanji asked, all of us looked at each other. "Why not, just to ourselves. Cheers to ourselves for we have made it this far in life." (F/N) said, all of us seemed to agree.

"Fine by me." Nile sighed then we all raised our glasses.

"To our lives."
