Elizabeth is talking to a familiar face when I walk up to her; Derek.
Selena stands a few feet away with Lauren who's leaning up against the wall. "What are you three doing here?" I ask, not happy that the big, bad Alpha was here to babysit me."Thanks for the note, darling. Helped us find you." Derek growls in my ear.
"I don't need your help. But we are ending this war once-and-for-all. Wanna join?"
"Sure." Lauren bounces up behind me, dragging a somewhat drunk Selena behind her.
"What's the plan?" Tristan asks, eyeing the old man approaching us.
"Gerard here knows how to stop it. He's tried many times but failed. He hasn't killed anyone living yet, so we can trust him."
"Hello, I'm Gerard." He shakes hands with them all.
"You know how to stop this?" Derek asks, eyeing him.
"Come to the supernatural room. I'll show you." He disappears through a rather large door, and we follow.
The room is huge compared to the mortal club. Some supernaturals have auras around them, while others have colored, glowing eyes.
Elizabeth freezes and stares at a strange figure sitting in a booth. "Blake?""Go see him." I push her in his direction.
"Here's the plan. There's a secret headquarters that houses the man who started all of this. If we can reason with him, the final war will be called off."
"You need me, don't you?"
"You're the cure to this war. If we end this, your kind will be able to make themselves known in the world."
"So, you want me to reason with the man?" I ask, crossing my arms.
"Exactly. Our plan should get put into action very soon. How long do we have till the 'world-ending' war?" Gerard asks Derek, who's standing and drinking a beer.
"He sent out a threat yesterday, and wants all the supernatural to meet at the border by noon."
"So, we're going back to that mansion of yours, Derek?"
"Sure why not," He shrugs as Lizzie and Blake join the group. "Does he have to join?" Derek growls at Blake.
"Blake wants to help fight. He has a pack on the edge of town."
"I'd like to have a small chat with your people. They're welcome to stay with us at the mansion." Tristan offers to Blake, who's talking with his girlfriend on the phone. He hangs up a few minutes later and gives us the thumb up, meaning the plan will be set into stone.
"My people will meet us at the mansion. We can take both my car and Katy's."
"I can fit six in my Jeep." I say, looking around at everyone.
"We move out at six tomorrow morning."
