(A/N): This is so unedited and was written on impulse but be careful bruh

I was brimming with excitement and satisfaction when I entered Vogue the very next day.

I had never been so happy.

I was finally going to Ireland, albiet with Calum, but damn it I was going to Cecelia's baby shower! Nora wasn't mad at me anymore! Infact she was delighted and had extended my invitation to Calum. I had told her to shut up because, well, I still felt kinda weird mixing work and friends.

I had never bothered before because when Nora and Gus had met Calum earlier, it was just a casual partying night. They had met once and I hadn't paid it much thought.

But this, Cecelia's baby shower was something very personal to me. And I wasn't so sure if I wanted to share that with Calum. I was afraid it might make things...awkward.

Nonetheless, I was thrilled.

Partly because me going out of country means I get more days off from Th—Hans. I never thought he would call himself Hans. Pathetic.

It didn't suit him as well as Th— meh. None of my business anymore.

I went up to my office, waiting for Calum to come in. I organised my desk, then organised his desk, cleared the clutter off the table, arranged that small closet of his too. I checked the little hidden fridge and after contemplating if I should have Vanilla ice cream, I decided on a small carton of apple juice.

Man, I needed to add some Fro-Yo in there too. But what would Calum say? Its not like it was my fridge in the first place.

I sipped on the cool drink, waiting patiently for my haughty boss to arrive so I could thank him before nagging him about everything else.

I was outrageously giddy.

I was busy searching for color schemes for my dress for the baby shower when Calum stormed in his office. I swear if he could, he would have left the tiled floor smoldering with the fire he seemed to emanate as he walked off, steps furious.

I was confused by his actions. He had ignored me completely.

Was he angry? This early in the morning?

Man, someone sure had woken up on the wrong side of the bed.

Finishing my apple juice, I breathed out a huge sigh once before cautiously knocking thrice on the door to my pissed of boss' office.

"I'm busy." Came his muffled reply.

I contemplated going back, respecting his decision and giving him space. But I'd be damned if Calum was shutting himself out again.

Gosh, the next thing I know, he would be in Australia. No no no.

I had to talk to him. If he had a problem, maybe I could help him find the solution. If he was being his general sour self, I could at least thank him for Ireland and leave him be. Maybe I could nag him instead.

Standing up straight, I squared my shoulders and prepared to face any type of arrogant treatment from Calum.

I knocked once again and without waiting for a reply, I went in.
