CHAPTER FORTY-SEVEN

"Fuck me, Arch."

The group got out of the Hot tub an hour ago and were now in their own rooms. Jughead was laying on the bed while Marley was showering with the door open. 

"Did you enjoy kissing Veronica?" Marley asked as she washed her curls and Jughead chuckled from the bedroom. 

"No," Jughead said and Marley smiled to herself before turning off the shower and drying herself off. 

"Are you sure? She has nice lips and tastes of mint," Marley said as she slipped on the two articles of clothing. 

"Did you enjoy kissing Veronica?" Jughead asked and Marley smirked before stepping out of the bathroom in her dark red lace bra and underwear and Jughead's jaw dropped. Marley smiled before walking over to him and straddling him.

"And if I did?" Marley asked as Jughead leaned in closer to her and began leaving little kisses on her chest and neck. 

"I couldn't care less, take these off," Jughead said in-between kisses as he tugged at the bra and Marley smiled before looking at him.

"Why don't you do it for me?" Marley asked and Jughead smirked before kissing her deeply. 

The next morning, Marley and Jughead were in the kitchen eating some French toast when Veronica angrily stormed into the kitchen. 

"Marls, get dressed we are going into town," Veronica said before walking out of the kitchen and Marley looked at Jughead before shrugging. 

"Guess I am going to town, see ya," Marley said before kissing jughead on the lips and walking out of the kitchen.

Marley and Veronica where out in the town shopping in a small cabin shop looking for some suvinours for Betty. Veronica had just told Marley about what had happened between her and Archie this morning.

"I can't lie this place is rather cute," Marley said as she smelled a candle and Veronica smiled at her before interlocking their arms. 

"So, Marls, unless that was some serious hand holding I heard through the wall last night.. when did that start?" Veronica asked and Marley smiled before shrugging. 

"The night we solved Jason's murder," Marley said while picking up a jar of homemade jam and Veronica hummed.

"I guess solving a murder brings people together," Veronica said and Marley chuckled. Veronica walked up to the checkout with Marley by her side. 

"I'll have this, and this..." Veronica said to the cashier as she put down the candle and the jam before continuing. 

"And the last time I was here, you had the most scrumptious scones," Veronica said and the guy nodded.

"Yeah, my grandmother makes them, but just during the summer, for the summer people," The cashier said as he bag bagging up their stuff and Veronica looked through her bag for her purse. 

"Oh, thats when we normally come up," Veronica said as she unzipped her purse and the guy smiled. 

"Ah, thought I recognised you, you got none of those places on shadow lake. but you're usually with your folks," The guy said and Veronica smiled before nodding. 

"Yeah, they're back in, um..," Veronica said before she paused, she smiled before continuing. 

"I was about to say New York, but we are in Riverdale now," Veronica said and the guy smiled and Marley just popped her gum.
