Robin raised his hand, "I'm gonna stop you right there. What do you mean by, I've gotten powers?"

Evie shrugged, "Yesterday I didn't have powers, there's an explosion involving chemicals that I was in. Now I can spawn fire out of my body." She smirked at Robin, "I don't know about you boy wonder but that sounds like powers to me."

And with that the Boy Wonder's jaw drops, "You were in that?"

Evie chuckles, "Not only was I in it, I caused it!"

"That's the reason Batman and I were here in the first place!" Robin said,

"We wanted to see what caused the explosion and if anyone else was down there. Many other Justice League members are there as well, along with there sidekicks."
Evie grinned, "What caused the explosion was my ability to fall every twenty seconds."

He grinned, "You seemed fine fighting Talia up on the roof! Have you been taking an martial arts classes?"

Evie laughed, "Did you see any of it?" He shook his head, "I liget just jumped over her. Then used my powers to make fire on my hands, making a ring of fire around her. Then walked through it, grabbing her by the throat I slammed her onto the ground, stomping on both of her wrists, making sure she wouldn't try anything. Then interrogated her for a little bit." She coughed, realizing she just went five minutes just rambling on about how she took down an assassin with great ease. Then the awkward Evie came out, "I mean, it was no big deal." She began to sweat, her eyes going wide as she began to panic. Oh gosh, what's wrong with me? Robin, The Boy Wonder. The boy of my dreams! Is sitting right in front of me! And all I can talk about is myself! Ask him some stuff! Then another voice came in.

Oh yeah? Like what? Oh I know! Batman's secret identity! Let's talk about that! That's a great idea! Or even better, let's ask what his secret identity is!

Then her conscious came in to save the day, per usual.

Guys he's going to wonder why we're sitting here panicking. Just figure out something to say!

Evie looked up, realizing he had been giving her a concerned look, "You ok Evie?"

Evie blushed from embarrassment, along with the fact that Robin was just there. Those seemed to be two things to blush about in Evie's mind. "Huh?" She said awkwardly, "Oh uh, yeah. I was just thinking. I mean what do you think Talia ment by one of her father's clients."

"Actually I was going to ask you the same thing." He said, "It kinda seems like you got roped into something that you shouldn't have been." He stood up from Evie's bed, "I think it would be best if you stayed here and waited for me or Batman to come over."

Evie's awkward expression then went to one of suprise mixed with anger, "Are you freaking serious? I found her! I took her down! With no help of you or Batman! If anyone should should try to figure this out it's me!"
Robin frowned, seeing Alice, being scared of the yelling, running out of the room like there is no tomorrow, "Its more complicated then that. Me and Batman have been tracking the league of shadows for years. I'd feel terrible if an innocent bystander was roped into it. I'd feel even worse if you got injured in any way."

Evie stood up, her short stature making her several inches below his height, "Oh I see. Let the men do all the dangerous activities while the women just stay inside, cooking and cleaning. You know what? I'll track her wether you like it or not! There's nothing you can do about it!" She was stopped short when she saw Robins arm reach out. Feeling a pinch on her arm she feel into darkness.
