Chemical Kid (A Young Justice Fanfiction)

Addition

Robin walked out of the Zeta tube, seeing Mount Justice around him. Robin wasn't wearing his uniform though. He was wearing his civvies, a green hoodie, jeans, a leather jacket, and sunglassesr. Batman had told him that day to not let the team know the identity of Evie's parents, and he was going to do just that.

He began to walk around the mountain, trying to find two specific people. When suddenly he was stopped by Kid Flash, also known as Wally West, and as per usual, he was eating.

"Hey dude." Wally said, through bites of the ham sandwich, "Whatcha doing."

"Trying to find Sarah and Grace, any idea where they are?" Dick asked the tall red head.

He nodded, "Living room. I think they're with Superboy."

Dick nodded, "Thanks Wally." He began to walk there when he suddenly heard talking.

"I'm telling ya Grace, Bucky is way cuter then Steve." Sarah said, obviously talking about the newest Avengers movie that had come out.

"That's a lie and you know it." Grace said, "Steve will forever be the more cute one."

Then her heard a deep, male voice, "Why did I come in here?"

Dick walked in to see Grace, a short oriental girl in sweat pants and an army jacket. And Sarah, a tall blonde with a Flash shirt on along with some skinny jeans, and her signature fedora.

"You're both wrong." Dick interrupted the two, "Natasha is the hottest."

Sarah grinned, "Hey dude. What's up? Also I think you just like red-heads."

Dick sighed, "I want you two to go to the old Zeta tube in Mid-way City and go to this address." He handed them a piece of paper with the address on it, "There's a girl there, Evie Lester, about thirteen she has powers. Batman wants you two to go initiate her."

"Why us?" Grace says, "You two already know each other."
Sarah's blue eyes narrow, "Or is he her stalker. A kid with those brains would obviously have a few nerds after her."

The Boy Wonder in disgues then proceeds to face palm, "No Sarah, no I am not. I just don't want someone with her powers associated with The Light."

And that's when Wally West's huge mouth decided to open, "Or do you just want a girlfriend?"

"Wally do you want your laptop hacked?" Dick asks in an irritated manner.

Wally's green eyes widened, "No I don't need you to hack another one! This is the forth one this year!"

Grace chuckles, "Yeah me and Sarah will go over there. You want us to go right now?"

"Earliest convenience. And don't attack her." Dick replied.
M'gann then walked in the living room, "A new teammate! Yay that means another friend!"

"Not necessarily!" Sarah said sarcastically, she isn't very fond of M'gann. She's to cheerful for Sarah's liking.

"Might I add something?" Said Kaldur, also know as Aqua Lad, who just seemed to come in without anyone noticing. And they knew this because everyone jumped four feet into the air from shock.

"When did he get here?" Sarah asked.

"Yeah sure Kaldur, what's up." Dick says, nonchalantly.

"What exactly are her powers?" Kaldur asked.

"Well, what it sounds like is that she can combine chemicals inside of her and produce them." Dick looked around the room to see a room of confused faces.

"Okay so here's an example." He continued, "Last night, when Batman and I found her, she had produced fire out of her hands. And she told me later that she believes that he did that because she thought of the chemical formula for creating fire. Anyone confused now?" Everyone shook their head in response, "Great. Ok Sarah, Grace, leave as soon as possible."
