It had been a long night, Rogers had stayed at the station digging up any bit of information he could find on Kassidy. He had to know He didn't know why but he just had to. He grabbed an empty folder and wrote Kassidy Cole on the tab and hit print on his computer. Not everything had been wiped and he had at least found a few things that could be useful. He got up and went to the printer, and picked up the papers before slipping them into the folder and closing his computer and laying the folder on top of it feeling accomplished. He looked at his watch and sighed deciding it would probably be better if he just slept here rather than go home, his next shift was in just a few hours. He walked out of his and Weavers office and to the lounge where he sprawled out on the sofa and pulled his coat over him before drifting off.
Kassidy walked into the police station that morning with a coffee in hand. Weaver stopped her at the door.
"You really think its wise to just walk right in here?" He asked.
"Relax. I have here in my hand a peace offering." Kassidy smiled.
"You don't do peace." Weaver said and crossed his arms over his chest glaring skeptically at Kassidy. Kassidy pouted.
"That hurts." She said. "Where is my favorite Detective?"
"I thought that was me?" Weaver asked.
"You're my old favorite, I'm looking for your partner, Detective McDreamy"
"Have a crush do you?" Weaver asked.
"Do I bring coffee to just anyone?" Kassidy asked.
"He pulled an all-nighter, so hes in the shower. You may go wait in the office for him but don't touch anything. I mean it." He said
"Got it." Kassidy smiled and walked into the office and set the coffee down on the desk glancing at the file Folder that said Kassidy Cole.
Don't touch anything I mean it
"Oh come on Weaver that's like putting a big red button in front of my face." Kassidy muttered and looked around to make sure no one was watching before opening the folder.
"Son. of. a. Bitch." She hissed and slammed the folder shut and took her backpack off and opened it shoving the folder in there and for good measure she unplugged the laptop and put it in there too. She warned him not to dig around. She put her backpack back on her shoulders and then smirked as an evil thought came into mind. She snuck around the station and walked into the showers. She held in a giggle as she heard him humming to himself while the water ran. She looked at the clothes that were folded neatly on a bench and smiled before picking them up and tucking them into her jacket. He would learn quick, she was not a force to be reckoned with. She went to walk out but stopped and turned around, her curiosity getting the best of her. She walked a little further into the showers and peeked around the corner. She cocked her head to the side and raised her eyebrows biting her lip.
Hot damn Detective. She thought. He stopped the water and she quickly ran out of the showers and towards the front door.
"Where are you going?" Weaver asked.
"Gotta go." She smiled.
"Cole, what did you do?" He asked.
"I don't know what you are talking about." Kassidy smiled and walked out the door. Once outside she laughed to herself and left articles of his clothing in random places around the station. She held his blue plaid boxer briefs in her hand wondering what to do with them until she set her eyes on his car. Her eyes lit up and she skipped over and hooked the briefs to the antenna on his car and watched them wave in the wind like a flag.
"Where.. the bloody hell are my clothes??" Rogers demanded as he walked into lobby in just a towel. Officers erupted in laughter.
"Oh.. Cole you didn't." Weaver muttered.
"Cole? She did this?" Rogers asked. "Who the fuck let her in?" He asked.
"I did. She said she had a peace offering. I thought she was waiting in the office."
Rogers narrowed his eyes and walked into the office the only thing on his desk was a cup of coffee.
"She took my fucking computer!" He exploded.
"Calm down. We will get it back." Weaver said. "I will find her and talk to her."
"No! I am going to find some clothes and then I will handle this my way." Rogers said and walked back to the lobby. Other officers were staring out the door laughing.
"What?" He asked and walked out the door holding the towel up.
"I'm going to kill her." He growled looking at his underwear waving in the wind from his car antenna. "Shes fucking dead." He muttered and looked around picking up the bits of his clothing on the way to the car. He reached up and pulled his boxers off of the antenna and walked back inside.
"Laugh it up boys!" He growled as he slammed the door and walked back to the showers to put his clothes on.
