To confront the Ex

"Erik put me down" I laughed as Erik placed me over his shoulders.

"Evelyn, tell me where you hid it"

"You will never find it...You look hotter without it" I laughed as Erik ran around with me on his shoulder, trying to find his mask.

"Evelyn!"

"Erik" We both stopped as it wasnt me who called out his name! Erik placed me down and then looked behind me. I followed his gaze to find his old angel of music. Christine Dae. I looked back at Erik, whos eyes had yet to leave Christine.

"Erik"

"Evelyn...get my mask...now"

"Erik you do-"

"Now Evelyn" he angirly whispered. I wouldnt of got it if he hadnt scared me so much.

"Ok" i walked away with my head down, i found his mask and hid round the corner for a few seconds.

"Erik im so-"

"Do not call me Erik...I am Mr Destler to you...only Evelyn can call me that"

"And who is Evelyn?" Christine asked shyly. I walked around the corner and handed Erik his mask.

"Why are you here Christine?" He asked completely ignoring her last question.

"I have come to tell you...i...i love you Erik. Raoul is not the man i wish to marry"

"Well...im sorry Christine...my heart belongs to someone else and she is the person i desire to marry." I looked at him with adoration.

"I see!" She looked down dissapointed.
"Im assuming you're Evelyn"

"Thats correct Madame" i replied shyly.

"Tell me Evelyn, how old are you?"

"20"

"And are you aware that Erik is double your age?" She asked smugly.

"Are YOU aware of that!" I asked back refering to the fact she was also 20.

"I am mature for my age"

"As am i! Dont come assuming you know me. You know my name not my history."

"I know you are using Erik for his money"

"Erik doesnt have money. He lost it all when he got into a serious depression and gambled his money away because YOU left him. You left him to die after all he gave you. You walked away with Raoul...you broke his heart and you DARE to come and try getting him back. You dont deserve him and you never did...he was always too good for you"

"Calm down Mon Ange"

"Dont call me that Erik. I dont like you calling me the name you called her" i asked spitting the word her out. I walked off and headed to my room.

"Goodbye Christine. My heart no longer belongs to you. And your
Soul no longer belongs to me. We are finished as friends and as associates. Go back to Raoul. You do love him you just miss the idea of having me as a connection to your father but i was never sent by him. I used your weakness for my own well being and im sorry for that but i am not an angel. And i wasnt sent by your father. I dont even know who he is. Now if you'll kindly take your leave, i must speak to Evelyn" she nodded and wiped the tears from her eyes and then like that she was gone.  I quickly ran back to my room and waited for Erik

"Evelyn. Please dont be mad"

"Im not mad. I over heard what you said. You didnt take her back. Im glad
You are still mine"

"Of course im still yours. You are my lover and my fiance. I would never leave you. We have too much of a future ahead of us." Erik stated as he kissed me on the head.

"I love you Evelyn"

"I love you Erik"
