Phantom one shots (musical version)

To save a phantom

"Track down this murderer he must be found...track down this animal who runs us down" 

"Amy we dont have much time. Leave before they find you!" I begged as my girlfriend stood trying to get rid of the ropes that bound me to a fence. She had killed the man who tied me up to save my life. Now the mob was on the way and her life was in danger.

"Erik no i arnt leaving you" She pulled at the ropes who werent budging.

"Amy please just go. I cant watch you die and i cant leave knowing you will die if they find you"

"Amy theres nothing we can do. Im trapped and they will find me. I love you so much Amy and i NEED you to go!" I shouted as the mob got nearer.

Amys pov:
I refused to let the man i love die! I wouldnt do it. He didnt deserve this, no one deserved this! Especially him. The mob drew nearer and my chances of getting Erik out of these wires were slim. I knew what i had to do.

"Erik i love you so much. Theres a way you will get out of this. Just trust me!" I quickly pulled some of my dress apart and picked some of it off the floor and placed it around Eriks mouth, who looked at me confused and then realised what i was about to do. He pulled and screamed against the rope holding him and the rag tied around his mouth.

"Im sorry Erik but i wont let you die" He begged me with his eyes as a member of the mob came around.

"They're here" He shouted and more members came around the corners.

"You finally found me. Ha. Took you losers long enough" i stated, changing my character completely. I glanced at Erik who was still begging me with his eyes to stop.

"You caught the phantom. You caught the monster"

"Arh thats where you are wrong" i stated.

"Wrong?" A member shouted.

"I framed him. I used an innocent man, threatning his family if he didnt go with my plan, killing people and putting the blame on him. The phantom is a persona i made and casted onto this man"

"Why should we believe you?"

"Theres a dead person right there and the man you are calling a murderer tied up. How could he have killed that man if hes tied up?" The mob all looked at one another. They all agreed until one of the people piped up.

"If its true why is he screaming into that rag, shaking his head?"

"Because hes trying to get you to let him free" A mob member ran to the gate and used his knife to cut Erik lose. Erik pulled the rag.

"Dont listen to her. Shes lying" he ran towards me and stood between me and the mob.

"Shutup loser...your family is safe you dont have to pretend anymore." I said sarcasticly.

"Take her to the middle of the town. She will be executed for all to see"

"No!!" Erik pounced in front of me.

"Why are you trying to save her. Your family are safe she will be murdered"

"Shes lying. Shes trying to save my life"

"You dont have to protect her"

"Fine. Then let me have two minutes alone with her. To tell her my feelings of the pain she put through." Erik acted along

"What if she escapes?" A member asked

"Its a dead end. No one can escape" Another member stated as he looked around.

The mob looked at one another and then walked out.

"We will be outside. Let us know when you are done" the last member walked out.

"What are you doing? You complete idiot i could of lost you!" Erik stated as he pulled me as close as he possibly could and kissed me.

"I didnt want you to die. You dont deserve that! Come on we dont have long. Lets use the secret tunnel and get out of here" I grabbed Eriks hand and we ran. I stopped before we got to the mirror and took Eriks mask off.

"Where we're going you wont need that!" I threw the mask in the middle of the floor. I kissed his deformed cheek and we both ran off into the dark.

Third person pov:

The mob returned and found only the mask and broken rope they had cut the real Phantom free of.

They had been well and truley tricked by the Phantom and his Phantomess!
Their story didnt end as bad as the mobs. They got their happy ever after. And so did their many children and grandchildren. The Phantom and his Phantomess. He saved her life and in return she saved him.
