Chapter 9: Lets hear you scream!

Jakes POV-
Erika and I have been dating for a week. We haven't told anyone, but tonight we have my last football game. Friday Night Live. I'm excited because Erika is going to cheer me on the sideline.

J: You ready for tonight?
E: Soooooo ready. Are we still going to chance's after party?
J: Only if we win. It's supposed to be a victory party
E: Oh trust me, you'll win. Good luck babe. Not that you'll need it.
J: Yeah, as long as your on the sidelines cheering me on. I'm gucci.

It was time for me to get ready for the game and i was in the locker room with Chance, Anthony, Kade and Chad. We were going over plays and some kid walks up to us.

Nathan: Hey, are you Jake?
Jake: Yup, what's up bro?
Nathan: I'm Nathan. Your coach asked me to capture some shots from the game tonight. Just wanted to see if i could get a couple shots before the game?
Jake: Oh, for sure. No problem.

Nathan takes a couple of pictures with everyone, some solos, and some group ones.

Nathan: Thanks Jake. See you on the field.

I smile at him.

Coach: READY BOYS GIVE IT YOUR ALL TONIGHT. LAST GAME OF THE SEASON.

We all cheer and walk out as our side goes wild.
I look over at Erika and grin.

Erika's Pov-
I was cheering on the crowd as i heard coach tell me that the boys were coming out.

E: LETS HEAR YOU SCREAM FOR THE FOOTBALL TEAM! (sorry if that was bad, i'm not a cheerleader haha)

The crowd goes crazy as the team runs out.
I look over and meet eyes with Jake. He was so hot. We've been secretly dating for a week. And it's been the best.

Tessa: Hey rik, can i lead next chant?

Tessa brings me back to reality.

E: Huh? Uh, yeah.. You do that T.
T: ERIKA COSTELL are you making eyes at Jake! I knew you guys had a thing!
E: Tessa!! Shh.... Fine i'll tell you later. During half time!
T: Mhhhmmm, okay *starts to cheer*

It was the last 30 seconds and it was a tie. 50-50.
Jake Tony Kade Chance Chad And a few other kids were in the field. When finally Chance threw the ball and Jake flew in the air to catch it rolling to a touchdown (LMAO SORRY GUYS I KNOW NOTHING ABT SPORTS)

The crowd goes wild. The buzzer goes off and we win, the last game of the season!

The boys run across the field cheering and we actually cheerleaders do a victory cheer.

Soon after we all meet in the parking lot and Jake comes up behind me and puts his arm around me. A big fat smile runs across my face. He goes in for a kiss before i stop him.

E: We still haven't told anyone.
J: Lets do it right now?
E: Right no-

Jake cut me off to call everyone

J: Hey guys, i want to.. well we want to tell you something
Tessa: OMG OMG YES
E: He hasn't even said anything T?!
T: But i already know. and i'm so happy about it.

Jake looks into my eyes and we smile at each other while everyone is confused.

Chance: What's going on?
Tony: Yeah what's up?

Jerika: We are together!

Everyone cheered for us and after Kade asks about the party.

Kade: So is the party happening or??
Jake: We won right?
Kade: of corse we took that dub.
Anthony: Alright then we celebrate.
Chance: Everyone at my house in about an hour and a half. I gotta shower. Then we meet at my house. I might need a little help setting up.

Everyone agrees and Jake and I go to Jakes truck, because i brought clothes to his house for the after party.

We get to his house and up to his room when he throws me against the wall and starts kissing on me..

E: *moans* Jake. We have to get ready.
J: Lets shower together, save water.
E: *Rolls eyes* Fine.
