Chapter 38- For me?

Erika's POV-
It was the second week of summer vacation. I was relaxing by the pool waiting for the girls to come. My pool was being cleaned out so we decided to try out this new adults only water park that's new by our school. You can't get in if you're under 18. Its a smart idea. But usually i've only seen kids around my age come. Not to much of older people.
As i'm sitting soaking in the sun, the sun fades away.. a shadow comes my way. I open my eyes to see all of the guys here. I was confused because i thought it was a girls day. And i really needed to talk to them about some mixed feeling I've been having lately..

E: Hey... Guys... What are y'all doing here?
Chad: Came to have some fun baby WOOP DONT COME FOR ME
Chance: yeah rik, don't COME FOR HIM

I smile awkwardly and search for my phone. As soon as I find it i start to text Makenzie asking her if and why she called the boys. Just before i was going to hit send, I heard an angelic voice above me.

? : Hey princess.
I smile as i knew it was Jake. I rise my head making full eye contact. I puckered my lips asking for a kiss and he crouches down and pecks my lips. He stands me up so that i was somewhat at his level. Then i let out a small sigh reminding myself that i probably won't spend time with the girls now that Jake and the other boys are here.

J: You okay? You look.. annoyed.
E: No, i'm fine... Just the girls are taking forever.

I lied
J: Well I can take your mind off that

He says smirking and  kissing my neck. I toss my head back and pull away.
E: Not here. Nice try.

I kiss his cheek and get into the water with Chad, Kade Tony and Chance.

Jakes Pov-
I was setting up a table of food for us when i glance over and see some guys from the basketball team.. Great. I saw the kid that fought chance. And a couple other losers.
But i hadn't seen the one that pushed Erika at her party. Good. I don't want any trouble today. I finish setting up and then the rest of the girls get here.
They looked good, but not as good as Erika. Man she was so fine. I could think about her all day.
I guess i was day dreaming because Tessa was snapping her fingers right in front of me trying to get my attention.

J: Huh? What?
T: I said, why are y'all here? It was suppose to be a girls day.
J: Kade said that Makenzie invited us?
T: Oh god. I hope Erika isn't mad..

With that she stormed off...
Wait why would Erika be mad? Did I do something wrong? I knew she was acting funny. I shrug it off as if it was nothing and make my way to the boys and Erika.
Then Sarah calls out for chad and us.

S: Hey Chad, babe. We need y'all help moving the table. It's heavy and we need to move it to the side.

Chad, Tony, Chance, Kade and I got out the water and helped move the table to the side. When i look back i see Erika talking to some kid that went to our school. I start to get a bit heated, but don't jump to conclusions yet. I start cooking the hotdogs that the girls brought.
Once they were done everyone came to eat. Erika sat next to me and put her hand on my thigh.
It's usually a turn on, and a way she flirts with me but i was a bit upset with her at the moment, so i ignore it as much as possible. I move my leg causing her hand to fall to the side. She looked at me in disgust and i just avoided eye contact.
She then starts flirting a little with Tony. She starts laughing at all his jokes.. which aren't that funny, and she wiped ketchup off of his face. She even had her hand on Tony's legs. Anthony was so oblivious to Erika's flirting.

( A/N: Tony and Rocky broke up, sorry i forgot to mention.)

Erika's POV-
Jake has been acting really weird all day. He's been kinda salty. I soon just decide to ignore him and talk to the rest of the guys.
After we had our day of fun we all decide to go back to my house for a while and watch movies and chill.
Almost everyone came in their own car except for me. I ubered so I had to ride back with Jake and Tony. I let Tony sit in the front since Jake was acting weird and I didn't want to deal with him at the moment.
We all get into Jakes car and head to my house.

T: Yo rik, when we get to your house, ima need to shower.. Is that alright with you?

I grinned at this perfect opportunity. I figured since Jake was already acting funny, I'd give him a reason to act funny.
E: of corse toner. You can use my shower.. The others are getting "cleaned"
T: Lit

I smiled as i watched Jake roll his eyes from the rear view mirror. We get there and Tony asks me which bathroom is mine.

Tony: So which is your bathroom?
Erika: Come on, I'll show you.

I take him up to my bathroom and he walks in and i hear the shower turn on. I turn around and see Jake sitting on my bed. I was going to walk past him but he spoke up.

J: Erika.
E: Jake.
J: What are you doing?

He says with annoyance in his voice.
E: Well i'm about to go make snacks for when everyone else gets here.

I turn around and leave my room and hear Jakes footsteps behind me.

J: Should I be worried?
E: About??
J: Please tell me you don't have feelings for my bestfriend..
E: Really Jake.
J: Is that a yes?
E: Wow, I cant believe you'd ask me that question.
J: Well you're the one throwing yourself at him.
E: I am not?!

He begins to mimic me in a high voice and throwing his hands in the air.
J: Oh toner you can use my shower! Oh Tony you're so funny. Oh wait you have ketchup on your face, let me lick it off. Oh tony i wanna get in your pants because i'm mad at Jake for absolutely no reason.

I stopped in the middle of the stairs, turn around and rolls my eyes.
E: Okay, um.. For starters i don't talk like that. Secondly, I never said that last part. And lastly, I'm not mad at you.
J: Then why have you been acting weird with me all day.
E: I haven't.
J: Rik.

I shake my head and shrug my shoulders not knowing what to say. Quickly I turn around trying not to make conversation with him anymore. He scoops me up and takes me to the couch.

J: What's going on?
E: fine, i've been very stressed and I wanted a girls day.. but then out of no where you all show up and i had no idea....
J: So you're upset because we crashed the party.
E: And I really needed a girls perspective on some mixed emotions i've been having about yo-

I pause in the middle of my sentence hoping he didn't question me. His face dropped into the palm of his hands. He started talking not raising his head.

J: You have mixed emotions for me?
E: ...
J: Do you not love me anymore?
E: ...

He looks up at me and raises his eyebrow. I want to cry so i look away from him.

Just then we heard the doorbell ring. It was the others. I go to open the door and Jake pulls me back down.

J: This conversation isn't over. I'm going upstairs to sleep.

He gets up and leaves me on the couch.
