Chapter 44- Lost her

Jakes POV-
I went over to Tessa's house. Tessa and I have become a lot closer ever since the night she saw Chance kissing another girl. She really opened up to me. At first i was confused as to why she still stuck with me and didn't go to Erika with the problem, but she then told me that it was because she didn't want a lot of people knowing.
I respect that, but i had already told Erika. Anyways.. I went over to Tessa's house and tony and chad were there.

Tess: Hey Jake. Thanks for coming.
J: No problem T. What's everyone doing here.
T: I'm going to tell them today. But i'm waiting on one perso-

Before she could finish her sentence there was a knock at the door. I smiled as i saw Erika walk through the door. She sat by me.

E: Hey guys.
T&C: Hey rik.

I place my hand on her lower thigh and everyone looks over at us.

Tony: What's this? Are y'all together again?

Erika and I look at each other and smile. We both nod.

Chad: WHAT REALLY !!?! FINALLY
Tony: I was gonna scoop her up J.

I punch tony's arm playfully.
J: Alright. T? You got something you want to tell everyone...

Tessa tears up and pauses.
T: umm.. give me a moment. I'll be right back.

Tessa's Pov-
When Jake and Erika announced they were back together I got a little jealous. I was becoming great friends with Jake and developed some feelings for him. Hard deep feelings. I go up to my room and clean up my tears. and walk back out.

Erika's POV-
Tessa comes back downstairs and looks at all of us.

T: Chance cheated on me. We are now not together. But i don't want that to change our relationships. I don't want anyone to take sides.
E: Baby T.

I walk over to her and hugged her. She cried into my shoulder.
I was confused as to why she started crying earlier. But i know now. Her heart was broken. I felt bad for her. I knew she was having a hard time so i took her upstairs and held her in my arms until i heard her snoring. I put her on the side of the bed and got up. My shirt was soaked from her crying. I walk back downstairs and they boys were there talking.

Tony: Is she doing okay?
E: She's a mess.

Jake comes over to me and wraps his hands around my shoulder.

Chad: I'm so fuckin happy that you guys are together again.
I smile at chad and look up at Jake.

Tony; Alright, i think ima head out.
Chad: Me too. I gotta meet up with Sarah.
Tony: I really need to find a girl.
E: You'll find one tony, one day.

They smile and leave.
J: Ima run upstairs to say bye to Tessa.
E: Okay i'll be right there, i just need to get her jacket from my car.
J: Alright.

He goes upstairs and i quickly grab Tessa's jacket from my car and walk back upstairs..

When i knock on Tessa's door, i open it to see Jake pinned up against the wall and Tessa pinning him there. They were making out and my heart sank to my chest. i threw Tessa's sweater on her bed and turned around to head back to my car. Tears fell down my face. I wipe my face because i didn't want Jake or Tessa seeing me cry.
When i got to the front door, I heard Jake yelling for me.

J: Erika! Erika! Babe wait!!

I kept walking and got in my car. I went to start my car but couldn't. I sat in my car crying my eyes out.
Then i got text on my phone.

Jakes POV-
I go to say bye to tessa and when i get up in her room she isn't in her bed so i call out for her.
J: T, you in here?

Before i could say or do anything else, I feel someone grab my arm, spin me around and kiss my lips. I open my eyes to see Tessa I try to back out and put my hands up, but she pinned me against the wall. She kissed me again, but that time Erika saw. Her face went from so happy to so sad in a matter of seconds.
I moved tessa aside and chased after Erika.
I called out for her but she didn't stop. I hear the front door slam shut and I knew that i had lost her again..
I walk back to Tessa, heated.

J: UHM WTH WAS THAT?
T: Jake, it's fine. You don't need her anyways.. You have me.
J: TESSA I DONT WANT YOU.
T: Then why'd you kiss back?
J: I thought you were Erika at first, but when i noticed it was you i pulled back.
T: Jake, i know you felt something between us.
J: Sorry Tessa, i didn't. We were just friends.. But now i don't think I can associate myself with you.

I leave out her house and go straight to Erika's to try and figure this stuff out.
Hopefully she forgives me, or even talks to me..

GUYS SORRY FOR NOT POSTING! I HAVE FINALS ALL THIS WEEK SO IM STUDYING!! JUNIOR YEAR I HAVE TO MAKE IT COUNT. Anyways, i'm getting very bored of this book. Can i get some ideas??? Anything would help. Ily ❤️
