The three girls follow behind the nine hyper boys as they lead them to their dorm. Since the twelve have been running into each other frequently at the company building, Chan and Suwei thought it would be a good idea for them to spend time together outside of practicing.
However, before having fun in the Stray Kids' dorm, everyone spent the day at school and then training, meaning one thing: There were twelve extremely hungry kids and no food ready yet.
"Chris is hungry," Chan says while patting his stomach.
The group was sitting in a circle in the main room, wondering what to do with this time.
Woojin nods, "I want chicken."
"Do we have chicken?" Hyunjin wonders.
A frown spreads across Woojin's face, "No. My chicken is gone."
Hyunjin lays his hand comfortingly on the older boy's shoulder.
Chan quickly stands up, "I'll cook something!"
"Do you know how to cook?" Suwei skeptically asks him.
He places his hand on his heart and fakes a tear, "I can't believe how little faith you have in me. Of course I can cook. Come on, new friends! I have to show you something."
The girls awkwardly stand up and follow Chan into another room, Minho and Woojin trailing behind them.
Arriving at the destination, Chan turns to face the group and spreads his arms, "Welcome to Chan's Kitchen!"
Everyone laughs at the slight crack in his voice.
"Is he always like this?" Riley asks Minho and Woojin, still smiling from Chan's odd behavior.
Minho pretends to sigh of annoyance, "Unfortunately, yes."
Woojin runs back to join the other boys in the main room while Minho, Suwei, and Riley help Chan find the ingredients for his recipe.
Nyla, not knowing what to do, ends up going back to the main room and quietly sits down slightly away from the boys.
Felix, taking notice of Nyla's usual shy behavior, moves to sit by the girl.

"You're being shy again," he smiles.
She looks down, "I don't remember when I wasn't shy."
He jokingly frowns, "I thought I made you un-shy?"
"Un-shy?" she laughs.
Changbin puts his arm around Felix, sitting on the other side of him, and Jisung sits on the other side of Nyla.
"Oh! English time!" Changbin cheers, "I speak English very good!"
Nyla and Felix chuckle at his accent while speaking.
"Changbin," Jisung gets his attention, "Answer in English. How are you today?"
Changbin smiles, "I'm fine, thank you, and you?"
Changbin gives a nod of approval, feeling proud of his answer and that he made the three laugh.
"I'm trying to make her less shy," Felix tells the two boys, making Nyla feel even more awkward.
Changbin laughs, "We're going to help!"
"For sure. After hanging around us, you'll be comfortable socializing!"
Nyla just nods at the three boys and thanks them for their attempts.
At the smell of food, Hyunjin gets up from his spot and walks to the kitchen.
"How's the food coming along?" he asks the four cooks.
Riley pauses her task to look at the tall boy, "Not well. Chan added way too much salt."
"We had to restart the whole thing!" Minho complains.
"Well, hurry up. I need food," Hyunjin whines.
Minho washes his hands and makes a suggestion to Hyunjin, "Why don't we go to the store and buy some snacks? With all twelve of us here, we might need more food than Chan is making anyway."
Hyunjin agrees to Minho's idea, and the two head off to a nearby store.

"And then there were three," Chan says, laughing at his own comment.
"I get the feeling you're a 'dad joke' type of person," Suwei tells the Australian boy.
Chan starts saying something but ends up stopping and chuckling, "Yeah, I got nothing to defend myself with."
After some silence while the food cooks, Chan starts talking again.
"I'm glad we decided to do this. It's nice to have more people to talk to, and I think the boys are enjoying new faces."
Suwei agrees with him, "Me too. It's definitely good for Riley and Nyla. They're both pretty awkward in new surroundings."
"Um, ouch. At least I'm not as awkward as Nyla," Riley jokes, turning more serious after the other two lightly laugh, "But yeah, it's way easier being so far from home with some guidance from people that have went through what we're doing."
"Don't worry so much about being here. It's a hard transition, but since you're passionate about the music and performing, it'll all be worth it," Chan gives his advice.
The three smell some strong steam and turn to notice the food getting a bit too hot.
Chan lets out a scream-like sound, "I totally forgot about the food!"
"If we have to start this again, Chan," Riley says somewhat threateningly.
"I thought you said you knew how to cook!" Suwei exclaims, trying to fan out the steam.
He turns off the heat on the stove, "I know how to cook, I'm just not good at it."
After some slight panic, the three bring the finished meal to a table in the main room.

Hyunjin and Minho return with bags filled with snacks, and the group of twelve gets together and finally fills their hunger with some food that turned out surprisingly well, unlike what Suwei expected.
"This is actually good," Suwei says with a bit of shock.
Chan smugly glances at her, "What can I say? Chan's Kitchen is the best."
