His darks

Feelings

She didn't know what she was doing. She made mistakes, big mistakes the consequences were such that she was left like a flower that had lost its essence in a tropical forest. She was like a fish who was degraded by the water of her own sea.  She was to a mere winter morning which had not seen sunshine since ages. Her one decision changed her life for worst. What if you leave and break all your existing bonds to form a new one, what will be the consequences? Alexa made a choice, she knew the awaiting danger. Still she wanted to take the leap; the leap was such that she entered into someone's darkness to such an extent that she lost her own shadow in his darks. The darkness was such that she knew the way in but couldn't find the way out. Here I present to you a journey of an ordinary girl and how her choice led her to the darkest of paths and how she fell and got absorbed in his darks.

I am dying for a cup of coffee, moaned Alexa. As Jace and Alexa headed for cafeteria.  Her eyebrows arched up, and that ever so charming expression of her tiredness, made her look incredibly cute. She looked like a lovely Sunday noon, her warm smile could shed away the darkest of clouds. Her bag was on her left arm hanging like it's about to fall any moment on the ground. Her hair so messed up, still some how she managed to look so gorgeous. Her innocence, her big eyes were like ocean's kelp forest. So beautiful and so pure.             

'Is that Jaden..!!!!' Asked a very surprised Alexa. At the very moment all her tiredness and moaning disappeared. As she tried to look in the direction, spotting Jaden shamelessly flirting with some girl. Her heart cried with an unexpected pain, it twisted and created a type of pain which she had never felt before.

Seeing Jaden with another girl, like that, her heart sank. She felt an unexpected pain. It felt as if someone has stabbed right in her chest. She was experiencing that abstract pain shooting up inside her heart, which could only be felt and seen by a person who is madly in love with someone and has just discovered their unfaithfulness moments ago.

Her eyes were wide open, her fists clenched and knuckles turning white in the process such was her anger or to be more precise,' jealousy' was the word which was more suitable to describe her current situation. That feeling of waiting eagerly for your Christmas present on a beautiful winter morning. Just as you are about to open it someone else snatches it away from you. You are left with nothing but a feeling of emptiness around you.

Jaden was leaning dangerously close to the girl beside him. That girl looked innocent like a little scared lamb who has lost her way. And there the lamb was caught in the hunters trap. Jaden was no less than a hunter for Alexa at the moment. Jaden held her hand and he stroked her fingers, with his thumb. He was murmuring those soothing words which she wanted to hear for herself. It was that moment for her as if everything around her has crashed; she was numbed from within, unable to do anything. Jaden saw Alexa standing there and it was so very clear he did not even flinch a bit, as if it did not even matter to him.

He liked being with the girl, He continued to stroke her fingers and murmuring. Jaden was so engrossed with the girl he leaned all the more over her.

She questioned herself, why was she so jealous, such was her feeling that it burned her heart, her stomach and burned her completely as a whole. That feeling was like when you get up one morning and you are so thirsty you search for water everywhere but you find none. It was as if the water never really existed but her thirst just continued to burn her throat more and more as the moments continued to pass. Her jealousy was like that thirst that was killing her and burning her inside out destroying her completely.The love that has suddenly come up, out of nowhere was much the same like water that she was not able to see for herself in that man's eyes sitting in front of her. 

She had no right to be jealous, they were not lovers, then how can these sudden feelings a mixture of love, jealousy and hatred had come up out of blues.

In fact they had been enemies for so long, and only one incidence just a small accident has brought them so close that now she was having these strange outburst of emotions. One single day has changed things between them forever, from being all time enemies to such good friends. She was acting like a possessive girlfriend, but alas..! She was not his girlfriend, the fact had slapped her pretty hard.

Alexa stood there, not moving at all staring him blankly. She was searching for some answers when she had no right to ask those questions. Jace her best friend could see what she was feeling at the very moment. She tried to pull her, and take her out of the place. But Alexa  refused, she removed Jace's hand from her arm, and pushed her back. With jealousy that was forming inside her was almost ready to burst out.

She went and sat in front of the table where Jaden was sitting. Her jaws' tightened with anger, arms crossed over her chest, sitting as straight as she could. She gave him that look demanding for answers, her left eyebrow raised.

Jaden looked a little uncomfortable seeing Alexa's behaviour, shifting in his seat, swallowing a lump of nervousness. Trying to look here and there but Alexa leaned on the table arms still crossed, both her elbows resting on table top. With  lava of anger in her eyes not even blinking, that lava could have killed anyone who dared to mess with her at the moment.

The girl with Jaden  grew suspicious, she leaned over and murmured in Jaden's ear asking who she was, Alexa read her lip sing.  Jaden murmured back something in her ear and the girl left.

As the girl left, Jaden stood up and walked towards Alexa 'Ummm... hey Alexa', with all the nervousness, was all that managed to come out from that mouth of his, which were doing wonders few moments back for someone else. And here he was standing in front of her, all that he could say to her was' hey..!!' this further angered her.

Alexa stood up, the stool made a squeaking noise, as the worn out metal rubbed against the uneven floor. Making the situation all the more tensed and the air around them heavy.  She found difficult to breath around him, he was making her suffocated without even doing anything.  She walked passed him, giving him a shudder in his shoulder, its impact was deep, as she herself could feel the pain in her arm. She walked out of cafeteria and school. She was surprised by such a behavior of hers and what surprised her even more that now she had tears in her eyes.
