Alexa white..!! Mom yelled for the umpteenth time, but I wasn’t willing to come out of covers.
‘Mom can’t I get some sleep’ I yelled back irritated.
‘Its time for your school and I can’t tolerate your increasing laziness day by day. C’mon get your lazy butts out of the bed, FAST… ‘Shouted mom.
‘Aahh..!!’ Stretching myself lazily, my curls looked horrible, pointing at all the directions ever possible, as I stared my reflection in the mirror. I was looking no less than a cartoon with my funky sponge bob pajamas. Wow... I am so cool, I thought and laughed. I hurried to the bathroom I started brushing my teeth lazily, and slowly. Staring at my reflection I made weird faces, just to see how I looked doing crazy shit as always while the white foam was all over my mouth. I took a quick shower and wore a red tank top with not so good faded jeans. Applied some mascara brushed my hairs that were so wet. Searching for my bag in the huge mess that my room was, tip toeing so that I may not fall and hurt myself as usual.
There it was lying up site down on the floor; my eyes did a quick scanning of my room it looked like a complete shit. I hurried down the stairs missing one or two steps in the process.
There was my mom standing in front of me, with a raised eyebrow and folded hands, ready to burst out at me. Giving me her usual hard glare, well I didn’t have time for this I was already late. Grabbing a sandwich and a juice can, closing the door behind me I got inside my car. I pressed the gas paddle and within minutes I was flying down the street. Fuck… I was late again.
I waited for about full five minutes for Jace in the parking lot. There she was again flirting with some nerd and exchanging phone numbers.
‘Jace’ I shouted, ‘Jace… Jace’ I shouted again. Man is she deaf. I again shouted this time with my heart’s content ‘JACE..!!’ Good now finally I have her attention and everyone else’s as well. What a start I thought.
Here comes Jace, the Blondie, heavy makeup and heavily accessorized one could see chains and bands hanging from all parts of her body.
Draping an arm around me she said ‘Hey chick... want some attention huh…’ and laughed off.’
‘You bitch I was waiting for you since so long hmm… now c’mon we are already very late for our class’.
As we entered the class, all heads turned towards us, but I noticed only one Jaden Morris, the hottest guy of our school. I stared for about full five seconds in the middle of class admiring his hazel gaze. Jace rolled her eyes in frustration elbowing me hard. I came out of my day dreaming, as she continued to drag me at the back of the class. Finally we settled down, gosh..!! What a battle the whole morning was.
Jaden chuckled for the way I was looking him few moments back turning his head back he gave me that sexy smirk of his. I must be really looking so dumb staring him. I gave him that ‘get lost’ look. Making him smile all the more.
Jace murmured in my ear, ‘girl you have hots for Jaden’
‘no I don’t’ I snapped back instantly, And now because I was caught I tried my best to defend myself.
I tried to concentrate on the lecture. It was our literature class. Don’t know what was I thinking; I tried to steal one last glance of Jaden, to my surprise he was already looking back wearing that stupid smile of his. And again he held my gaze; he was a charmer I must admit.
Miss Alexa and Mr. Jaden a shrill voice broke our eye contact. Out literature teacher Mr. Wilson continued to shout, ‘you two please get out of my class and you could then carry on your staring business there’. I was beyond shocked I was not even doing anything, yes I was staring Jaden but I was only staring, Mr. Wilson cannot throw me out of the class like this. I heard low murmures, and everyone was staring us, i felt so dumb standing there like that. I guess I had no choice, I picked up my bag and left the class without a word.
As I was heading out, I heard the similar voice calling my name. I continued walking and choose to ignore him.
