Chapter 11.... Where Are They Going?
Time went on and I never asked my mom about the picture or my dad. After a while I had forgotten about it. My mind was more focused on school. The first semester went by really quickly and my exams came. Man was I ever nervous but I did amazingly well. Nick finally became friends with John and they were close, John and I became closer too. Then second semester started. I had some classes with Nick and John and I had only one with my other friends. But time went on
The snow on the ground melted and the sun came out to say hi again. Spring was here and I was now 15. One day John and I decided to walk to my house, to meet my parents because he has never met them before
On the way it started to poor, we started to run and laugh together. We found a little shelter and we stood there, catching our breaths as we laughed, it was like a bus shelter. Water was dripping off of me, I decided to drop my bag and run back into the rain, I giggled because I loved the rain. I started twirling letting the water wash over me again
"You're crazy!" John yelled
"Join me it's fun!" I yelled back
I stopped twirling and I went back to the little shelter, I went in and took his hands. That warm fuzzy feeling always consumed me when I touched him, he looked at me like I was crazy
"Come with me it's fun." I said
I gave him a smile, one that everyone gave into. I took him a little bit but he caved in. He shrugged his shoulders I laughed as I tugged him into the rain, our hands still together. I held his hands and he looked at them together but he never looked away, I'd must admit this past little while I've developed a crush on John. He looked up at me, I was going to ask him an awkward question so I blushed a little
"Dance with me?" I asked
"Sure." He smiled
Our hands let go and he placed his hands around my waist while I automatically placed my arms around his neck. I could feel the blush deepen and my face heated up. I smiled at him and he study my face carefully, we slow danced on the sidewalk as the water pored on us. He leaned in close to me and my heart pounded in my chest, his face was so close to mine. I looked him in the eyes until he was one inch away, seconds later our lips touched. My body felt weak on contact and sparks ran through my body. We were kissing and it felt amazing, he was the first boy I have kissed and it blew my mind
My body shook a little as the water soon began to stop as we ended our kiss. Once we stopped we pulled away and looked at each other while still being in one another's embrace. My face burned as I looked away from him I didn't want him to see me blush, he gently placed his hand under my chin. He gently moved my face back look at him, his eyes looked soft and gentle, I looked him in the eyes as that's when I seen the glimmer of my own. He lips were parted and they looked so inviting, I stared at them that's when he slowly bent down to let his lips gently brush mine, he slowly placed his hand behind my neck
I shivered against his touch. I couldn't understand this overwhelming feeling I had to close the small gap between our lips and I did. I closed the gap and soon after the rain stopped. We let go again and we looked around, the sun was shining we looked at each other and I blushed I can't believe I acted on impulse. John smiled and laughed as I turned my head away, I smiled. John pulled me into a big hug, water still dripped off of us
"We should go to my place now." I said
"Okay sure."
We got our stuff and started walking again and that's when John took my hand, he intertwined our fingers. There is that warm fuzzy feeling again I looked up at him and he didn't seemed fazed by it but then he looked down at me, he tilted his head
