Chapter 19.... Jobs! Jobs! Jobs!
"Will you move in with me?" I asked
He paused but he never stiffened or moved. He just stood there holding me, but no words left his mouth. I stood there feeling like an idiot, did I make the wrong choice? Was he ready like I am?
"Yes I'll move in with you." He said
I sighed with relief as I hugged him tighter. I smiled knowing that he was ready like me, we soon let go and he stepped back. I could see in his eyes there was something wrong but I did not bother to ask, he gave me a kiss on the cheek
"Well it looks like I have to go home to grab my things."
"Not tonight." I pouted
I walked forward to close the space between us once more. I brought my face close to his ear, I felt him wiggle a little when my lips touched his ear, he has always been sensitive there
"Wait until tomorrow." I whispered
I felt him shiver underneath my touch. He was putty in my hands like he always was. It was odd, well to some, we have never really been intimate with each other in the three years we have been together, but I am just not ready yet. People say to wait until you have found the right person and you have been with them for a while, I have been with him for a while but was he truly the right person for me? Was he really? I love him and all but when we get too carried away I tell him to stop because I am not ready. Does that mean something?
"Why?" He asked his breath ragged
I pulled away from him not wanting to start something I was going to pay for
"Because we have spent the whole day out and I think we should rest."
I took his hand and I lead him up the stair to the little hallway that had two rooms in it. I opened up one door and that was the master bedroom. We walked in looking at the room, it was big, the biggest room on this floor. It was amazing. I decided to get changed as John left to grab his things from the car
I couldn't help but feel like there was something he was not telling me. I shrugged it off he will tell me when he is ready. He came back and placed his stuff in the room, I crawled into the bed and he followed. He hugged me tight as my eyes started to flutter and soon they shut. I'm not sure how long I slept but I woke up to the sun shining in my eyes through the window
"Good morning." I head
I looked over at John who was still in the bed holding onto me
"Good morning." I said
I looked around to find a clock on the wall, I realized that it was close to 10 am. I jumped out of bed and John looked at me in an odd way
"What's wrong?" He asked
"I had no clue what time it was." I said
He chuckled as he got out of bed and came over to me, he came behind me and hugged me
"You know we have to get jobs right, to pay for things that we need."
"What about the money you have?" He asked
"You mean my parents? I want to become independent." I said
I felt offended, I would never beg my parents to pay for everything that I want. My dad may be a millionaire but I never ever let the money we had get to my head. I always did things like I was someone of a middle class income family. No words were said after that because I heard a knock at the door, it seemed to echo through the house. Who could be at the house at this time of day, I looked over at John then I tossed on my robe that was left at the side of the room. I walked out of the room and down the stirs to the front door. I opened the door to see my mom
