3rd Person POV
The blue-haired girl sighed as she looked at her ID. She's assigned to the Pathology Department but she can't seem to locate where that is as this hospital is surely big. So she decided to ask someone and there she spotted an auburn-haired man wearing a black three-piece suit with a dark blue necktie. His body was rather well-built and his hair was long but short enough for it to be slicked back to his nape. He had stubbly facial hair and he looked like he was in his late forties but he still had good looks.
She gulped. This guy's presence is very intense and intimidating but she has no choice but to ask help from this guy because the nurses and the other employees seem very busy. She inhaled deeply before approaching the guy.
"Uhm... Excuse me, Mister? So sorry to interrupt you, but can you please help me? Do you happen to know where the Pathology Department is?" She asked, thanking herself that she didn't stammer in front of this ruggedly handsome-looking guy. She got nervous when this man in front of her didn't speak but caught a glimpse of her ID.
"Oh, you must be here for an internship!" The guy suddenly spoke which startled her. He had quite a booming voice.
"A-ah, y-yes sir."
"Don't be afraid," He said as he smiled. He smiled! "C'mon, I'll show you the way."
That was when the young woman noticed that the man had a prosthetic left arm and a prosthetic left leg. Yet, the man then took long strides and the poor girl scrambled to keep up.
"Over here is the Pathology Department, which is also coincidentally, the Center for Experimental Studies." He said joyfully, like the very intense and intimidating guy from earlier suddenly disappeared.
"And your manager must be Porlyusica oh—speaking of which, there she is—Porlyusica-san!"
"Ah, Director. What brings you here." The elderly doctor with pink hair greeted back. So he's a director… DIRECTOR?!
‘So, that's why when employees crossed his way, they were bowing their heads and the way he dressed...! Of all people, I decided to disturb, why did I end up picking the director!’ The girl mentally kicked herself.
"I'm here to deliver this girl to you. This girl is here for internship and she's assigned to your department." He said and the elderly doctor, whose name was Porlyusica, regarded the younger woman with a nod.
"Well, I better go. I'll leave this girl in your care Porlyusica-san." Porlyusica nodded and bowed briefly at the director as he turned on his heel and went back to where he came from, not before ruffling the hair of the younger woman and wished her to be at her best.
“Well then, I guess there’s no need for introductions between the two of us since we have done that during your interview. Welcome to the team, kid.” Porlyusica said as she extended a hand to the younger woman who took it and shook it firmly.
“Glad to make it here, Porlyusica-sensei. I am honored to be at your tutelage. Please take care of me.’’
"I will. You must know Director Gildarts Clive as he took it upon himself to show you the way here?" She asked. The blue-haired girl quickly shook her head.
"Ah no! I just asked for his help. I didn't know that he was the director. If I would've known, I wouldn't have bothered him, truly.''
Porlyusica snorted, “Typical of him. Don't fuss about it. Gildarts-dono really is a rather amiable person.” Porlyusica swept her hands behind her and jutted her chin, “Well, I better introduce you to the other doctors in the department. Come now." She said turning her heels toward department’s office.
