"Alright! It's 7:55, the Novak house is 25 minutes away, we need to go!" Charlie exclaimed.
"If it's 25 minutes away, why didn't you tell us earlier?" Kevin cried.
"Dramatic late entrances are everything, Kevin." Charlie chided, giving him a smug look. "C'mon, let's pile into the car."
They all piled into Dean and Bobby's cars, as they proceeded to drive to the Novak house. As expected, the house was already blaring music, and cars were lined all the way up the street. Lights were flashing out of the house, and already a girl was passed out on the front porch in nothing but a bikini.
When they all walked in, Meg immediately ran off to Ruby, who was taking shots in the corner. Jess was standing, arms linked with Ruby, a look of utter regret on her face as she tried to pry herself away from Ruby.
The song Uptown Funk was blasting throughout the house, and girls were dancing everywhere. Jo grabbed Charlie by the arm and dragged her towards the dancefloor, while Sam just retreated to a quiet corner, trying to avoid any drunk person. A dark haired girl walked up to Dean and handed him a cup. "Here, you look a bit out of place." The girl spoke, a smile on her face. "I'm Lisa."
"Dean." Dean stated, and the girl tilted her head.
"Dean's a nice name. It suits you." She spoke sweetly, tossing her dark hair back. She was dressed in a crop top and booty shorts, completed by knee high boots and a golden necklace. "You new here? I've never seen you around before."
"Yeah, I just moved here." Dean informed, as Jess suddenly dragged herself towards them.
"Lisa, there you are. Please, for the love of all things holy, save me from Ruby." Jess begged, tugging on Lisa's shirt.
"Ugh, fine. I'll come look for you once I sort this out." Lisa stated, glancing at Dean as she walked off, Jess at her side.
"Who was that?" Dean asked.
"That was Lisa Braeden." Kevin spoke. "She's, for lack of a better word, eh. She goes through about three boyfriends a year, but she's alright. She's friends with Ruby and Jess, who was the girl who just talked to her. And Jess, she's really nice. I have no idea why she hangs out with Ruby, but she just does. I had AP English with her last year."
Dean just went "Hmm". Suddenly, out of the corner of his eye, he recognized the boy from his math class, Castiel or whatever his name was, standing awkwardly next to some drunk kid. Dean, realizing that Castiel seemed as out of place as he was, slipped through the crowd over to Castiel.
"Hey there! It's Castiel, right?" Dean exclaimed as he approached Castiel, who seemed surprised to see him.
"Oh, yeah, it is." Castiel mumbled. "Sorry, I'm just not the biggest fan of parties." He pointed slightly in the direction of the drunk kid who was currently dancing inappropriately next to him.
"You should meet my brother. He hates parties. I actually had to practically drag him here." Dean laughed, as Castiel smiled awkwardly. "Anyways, I saw you looked kinda out of place, so I was wondering what was up."
"Well, I don't really want to be here, but this is my house. I have to be here."
"Oh, this is your house? Wait, are the hosts your brothers?"
"Unfortunately." Castiel mused, rolling his eyes. "I've had to go through this every year since 7th grade."
"That must be tough." Dean spoke, as a drunk girl nearly fell on him. There were a few kids standing, just dancing, completely sober. Charlie and Jo were amongst them. Charlie was apparently in the middle of a dance battle with none other than Anna, the girl in Charlie and Dean's English class. Dean laughed when he saw Charlie completely wreck Anna in a single move, as the crowd of kids around them erupted. "Wait, are the cops ever called?" Dean questioned suddenly.
