« Madi's Point of View »
I was sitting on the bed Taylor and I shared together. He was on his phone and I was on mine.
"Hey, I'm going to hop in the shower," he said, kissing my cheek.
"Okay," I smiled.
He placed his phone down on the bed and went in the bathroom. I could hear the water running as I was playing a simple game on my phone. In the silence of the room, with the exception of the running water, I heard a ding from Taylor's phone. I picked it up and turned it over, finding it unlocked. He had a new text message.

c'mon tay. i miss u.Um, what? Who the hell is Kristina and why is she missing Taylor? I'm probably over-reacting. I went through their earlier messages, just to see if it was a family member. As I was reading the messages, there was no way this Kristina girl could be a family member.

whatever it takes babyThat was all I needed to read. My eyes were already tearing up. Taylor was cheating on me? Who even is this Kristina chick? I didn't know now, but believe me, I was about to find out.
I heard the water come to a stop, and within a few minutes, the blonde haired boy stepped out of the room with a towel wrapped around his waist. His hair was soaked, and his body was covered in water droplets. I loved seeing him like this. He was almost irresistible.
"Hey, baby," he said.
"Don't," I said.
He looked confused, "What's wrong?"
"Why don't you tell me about a friend of yours?" I asked.
"Okay, who?"
"Kristina."
He looked down, "Shit."
"Yeah," I crossed my arms. "Busted."
"She texted me first," he explained, "and I didn't want to be rude."
"Oh," I said, picking up his phone, "so you flirt with her? Keep leading her on? That's what you do because you don't want to be rude Taylor?!"
"I don't care about her, Madi! She's nothing! YOU are my girlfriend."
"Was," I said.
"What?" he asked.
"You said I am your girlfriend. Now, I was your girlfriend."
"Madi, stop," he said.
"No, Taylor. I'm leaving," I said, gathering my phone and my purse.
"Please don't. I love you, I really do. You make me so happy," he tried to stop me.
"If you really loved me," I gripped the door handle over his hand, "and if I made you happy, you wouldn't have turned to her."
I pulled down on the knob and quickly shut the door behind me.

I went down to the lobby of the hotel and called an Über to the entrance. Once I was in the cab, I asked him to drive me to the nearest Starbucks. It cost me $5.00 to get there. I paid him and walked in the coffee shop. Ordering my usual drink, I sat down at a table set for two. I began drinking my coffee and texting Kenna.
