You've said it a thousand times.

and all of those
are filled with sadness
but still,
it sounded too right
to my ears.

We both knew this isn't right,
and there's no
other fucking way
to make this right.

All of those
are just
filling up
my lungs
and I'm willing to breathe in
more
and more
until I burned out.

Shout it out loud
until your voice
runs out.

My heart beats
too fast,
too much
but I can't even
stop.
I want to hear more,
because those words
are keeping me insane
and they keep me awake
but at the same time
they gave me warm.
"I love you"

They gave me
the reason
to believe
that an
I love you
isn't always blooming flowers
and sunrise
and home.
Sometimes,
it is rain falling down,
waves crashing over,
or tears inside
that's only good at drowning you.
"I love you"

And one day,
all of those
I love you's
will turn out
to be sorry
and goodbye
for feeling so right
to this bad thing
we're
secretly
creating.
So until we have time,
burn
and drown
