Chapter 31

Misty's POV

Walking out of the steamy shower, I wrapped a towel around my naked body. I opened the bathroom door to pick up clothes from my duffel bag. I took out one of Calum's shirts he left behind in my room one night and cotton pajama shorts.

After slipping on my clothes, I towel dried my hair and let it down for it to air dry. I opened the door to throw my dirty clothes in a plastic bag Seth provided for me. I opened my room door and walked out. I heard Seth in the living room talking to someone.

I slowly walked down the hall trying not to make much noise. Seth ended his call right before I sat down next to him on the couch.

"Hey. How was the shower?"

He asked me while he turned on the TV and flip through the channels.

"It was nice."

I took a pillow from the ground and put it on the arm of the sofa. I laid on it and kicked my feet onto Seth's lap to get comfortable. Seth didn't seem to care so I stayed in this position while he searched for a good tv show that was on.

"Do you wanna watch master chef?"

I shifted my gaze from my phone up to the tv.

"Whatever you want."

"Good because it's a marathon and I love Chef Ramsay."

I laughed as he held my legs together and shook it as a new Master Chef episode came on.

I decided to call Calum and talk to him to see what he wanted to talk about. About a couple of rings later Calum picked up.

"Hey babe."

There he goes again with the names. Honestly I thought it was cute.

"Hey Cal"

I laughed after saying hi to him.

"So what did you want to talk about?"

I looked over at Seth who was too focused on Gordon Ramsay yelling at a man who made his steak too overdone.

"I just wanted to you know, apologize."

"For what?"

I bit my lip to stifle a laughter that was coming up. To be honest, I forgave Calum a long time ago but I just wanted him to suffer and feel like I was mad at him for it.

"Misty."

Calum started to whine so I held my hand up to my mouth to stop myself from laughing.

"You know why."

"No I don't actually."

I said after I made myself calm down.

"So your not mad at me anymore?"

I heard the desperation in his voice. Of course I needed to forgive him, he was leaving in 3 days and I couldn't go back in time and unkiss Calum and Mona.

"No."

I sighed and shifted my weight on my side making Seth move as well. I heard Calum give a big sigh as I gave him his answer.

"Thank god."

I heard him whisper to himself.

"So was that all?"

"No. I want to take you out to lunch tomorrow or just take you out somewhere."

"Yeah I guess."

"Alright I'll pick you up tomorrow from Seth's place right?"
