A/N: From now on, it will be in Adelaide's point of few, unless it says otherwise. Okay, so here's the update bc awkwardashton won't let me get away with it.
I walk near the kitchen and hear my parents whispering. They have been doing this every since I told my mom about my slip up last week. I walk into the kitchen and instantly they stop.
"Get it over with. What are you whispering about?" I ask rolling my eyes.
"Take a sit Adelaide." my mother says gesturing towards the chair in front of her.
"Okay." I hold out and place my phone on the table before sitting.
"We are taking you to a institution." my dad says cutting to the point.
"What." I raise my voice. "No. No way."
"I'm already upset that you didn't tell me you were cutting in the first place, but now you're doing it again."
"Dad, it's been a while, until the voices came."
"Voices? What voices?" my dad whispers to my mom as if I'm not right in front of him.
"First, I'm right here and can hear you perfectly fine no matter how quiet you talk. Second, the voices, inside my head, that's why I started cutting."
"It's final you're going." my mom informs me before getting up and walking into the living room.
"Ugh, I hate my life." I scream before storming to my room.
"They're right you know." Luke says behind me.
"You're worst than them." I scoff.
"They are just trying to help. They love you."
"Well, I don't need help."
"Addie, yes you do."
"No."
"Look, just go a week. Maybe two."
"I don't think I can choose how long I go." I say slightly smiling.
"Come here." he says holding out his arms.
I walk over and wrap my arms around his neck. His arms instantly go around my waist.
"Why are you so cold?" I ask pulling away.
"I, uh, don't really know." he stutters rocking back and forth.
"Adelaide, dinner!" my mom yells from downstairs.
"That's my cue. Bye Luke." I smile and walk out my door.
A/N: That's probably the worst chapter ever but it was just a filler. It will get better I promise. :)
