Chapter Twenty-Nine
“Baby,” whined Brenden as I returned to my room from the shower. I looked over at him as he lay on my bed in his boxers. I raised an eyebrow. “Come here.” He grabbed my arm and pulled me towards him as I held my towel up with my other hand.
“What’s wrong, Bren?” I asked as he pouted beneath me.
“You owe me from last night and I need you,” he muttered as he began kissing my neck, sliding his hands beneath my towel. He rolled us over so he was hovering over me and gave me a lusty kiss on the mouth before getting up to shut and lock the bedroom door.
“That sounded like some pretty good sex this afternoon,” Trevor blurted out over dinner. I spit my water all down the front of me in shock and Ashtyn smacked him upside the head.
“Trevor!” she exclaimed, giving me an apologetic look.
“Jealous, bro?” Bren asked, gripping my knee and raising an eyebrow at his brother. The two boys just laughed as Ash and I shook our heads.
“So anyway,” I said, changing the subject. “What are we doing tomorrow?”
“Can we please go to the beach?” Ashtyn begged.
“It’s a whole hour’s drive away,” I whined in return.
“Come on, you won’t even have to drive! Trevor will drive and we can spend the whole day getting our tan on in the fresh salty air,” she beamed at me.
“Whatever,” I said as she gave me the puppy-dog look. “When are we leaving?”
The alarm rang and I looked over Brenden’s body at the bright numbers. 5:00. “You’ve got to be shitting me,” I muttered, pushing Bren awake and climbing over him to stop the beeping. The four of us silently took our turns in the bathroom and loaded up the car. Trevor and Ashtyn each had a thermos of coffee to stay awake on the drive while Brenden and I cuddled in the backseat with a couple pillows.
“Wake up, sleepy heads!” Ashtyn was yelling in my face sooner than I would have liked. “We’re at the beach!” I checked my phone for the time. 7:30.
“It’s too early to be at the beach,” I said, waking up. I looked around and saw that we were the only ones out this early. I started laughing. “This is so stupid, Ash.”
“No, it’s brilliant!” she argued. “We can sit anywhere we like and take up as much space as we want. We can walk along the water before it gets too hot. We can do anything we want.” I shook my head at her and got out of the car to unload the trunk with everyone else.
“It’s hot,” Trevor whined. I gave him a look over my sunglasses and lay back down to get some more color. “Can’t we actually go in the water? It’s not as hot there.”
“Come on, baby. Let’s swim.” Ash grabbed his hands and they raced to the water, pushing each other all the while.
“You know what would be hot?” Brenden asked me. I looked up at him. “Sex on the beach.” He wagged his eyebrows and grinned wolfishly.
I shoved his shoulder. “I am not having sex in public in front of all these strangers.”
“Take a walk on the wild side, babe!”
“You are insane.” I lay back down again and put my headphones back on, listening to my iPod. Brenden started rubbing my sides, tickling me. I pushed him away and he lay beside me, kissing my shoulder up to my chin. I opened my eyes and pulled out the headphones. “Brenden.”
He gave me the puppy-dog look. I shook my head, smirking a little. He pulled me closer and kissed me softly on the lips, pulling me into a sitting position. “I love you.” His eyed pierced mine with a look of need. I kissed him in return, standing and pulling him up with me.
“Let’s go to the water,” I said, wagging my eyebrows in his direction.
“I can’t believe what happened today,” Bren said as we lay in my bed after the beach. He rubbed circles on my hip as I snuggled into his chest.
“You wanted it, didn’t you?” I smirked up at him. We had gone out deep into the ocean where the water went almost to Brenden’s shoulders and made love in the ocean.
“I’m really turning you into quite the kinky little devil, aren’t I?” he asked before kissing me on the forehead. I pulled his lips down to mine.
“Bren I can feel your hard-on.” He blushed. “It turns me on a little bit.” I winked and his face lit up.
