"Okay tell me why Americans have to have such strange breakfasts?" Quinn cringed as she watched the guy on the next table pour sweet sticky amber maple syrup over his bacon rashers and fried eggs.

Alex chuckled. "And the English eat what exactly?"

"Toast, cereal, fruit you know things that are less fattening and hold risks of being dead."

"So this thing the English fried breakfast I hear of is what a myth?" Alex teased holding her half-full cup of coffee between her hands.

"No it exists but hardly anyone eats it."

"Oh really and how long has it been since you lived in England?"

"Well it's been a while but my point still sticks no one has time to eat al that grease and fat on a plate, besides its kinda gross

"Well it's been a while but my point still sticks no one has time to eat al that grease and fat on a plate, besides its kinda gross." She cringed again at the pool of yellow grease crowded together on the corners of the plate.

"Maple syrup and bacon are not so strange you have pineapple on your pizza." Alex shrugged as she sipped some of her coffee.

"Okay for a start pineapple are good for you and when you eat a pizza with pineapple on it, it counts towards one of your five a day." Quinn defended pointing her hand into the air desperate to make a point.

"I don't think that is true and Quinn I'm a doctor." Alex winked.

"It's strange not having Sara around isn't it?" Quinn sighed a little sad as her gaze spread around the coffee shop they were sat in, the morning city passing by outside.

"When it is just us do you...do you hate it?" Alex shyly ventured.

"What, no Alex I just meant her being here with us, when I am with Sara I miss you the same."

"You do?"

"Gosh yes, I miss you so badly."

"You did say once you would just teleport," Alex said softly.

"Sometimes it is not so easy, especially when I am doing battle with Mick over his beers."

Alex laughed imagining the scene.
