Sara felt the hot unwelcome tears of rage that came flowing out of her eyes, the thick dark clouds above her acted as a perfect background for her mood.

The one person she thought through everything was always on her side and understood, how could Quinn say something that she knew she would take so much to heart.

She finally stopped just under a large cumbersome tree, its branches flopping over, acted like a badly constructed roof that blew violently with the wind.

"Sara, I thought I saw you." Guinevere smiled flexing her wrists to clear away the soreness of the shackles that she had only just recently been freed from.

Sara tried to wipe away the wetness from her eyes before the other woman would see them. "Hey, you." She smiled.

" Your friend is quite something she just made Morgan free us all but of course we cannot leave the witch knows her spells. "

"Yeah, so they say."

" Sara, what's wrong have you been crying? " The other woman's eyes took in the redness around her eyes with concern, lifting her hand to touch the soft cheek she remembered well, it had been too long since she had touched those lips she knew would be soft and luscious. "Do you remember us?" She whispered softly her eyes still drawn to her mouth.

" Yes. " Sara replied, it would easy to lean in closer to close the distance and kiss her, take a moment to forget everything Quinn had said in this woman's arms, she wanted to, she leaned in closer until they were a mere hairsbreadth apart.

Quinn ran as fast as she could she needed to find her, she needed to put right what she had said, she didn't want Sara thinking that was what she truly thought of her, Sara was her everything.

She saw her then finally in the distance stood with another woman who was leaning too close, at first thought she had imagined it was Alex who else would be like this with Sara?

Until she got closer.

Blood raged within until she could hardly breathe all around her was shaded in crimson red as she watched them leaned closer, they were going to kiss

Blood raged within until she could hardly breathe all around her was shaded in crimson red as she watched them leaned closer, they were going to kiss.

Quinn fought the piercing memories that stabbed through her heart, suddenly she was that innocent all too sweet Quinn the one someone like Sara Lance would never look at twice, in Guinevere's place she saw the people who had stood there drinking from the fountain of desire she had so longed to indulge in.

She didn't wait she didn't confront them, Sara had made her decision and this time Quinn would never forgive her, Quinn turned harshly and with purpose marched back to the castle, her dark blue eyes almost black with anger.

As the slamming of the heavy door echoed Sara moved back sharply, what the hell was she thinking of doing she wanted to spite Quinn yes but what about Alex?

She took a few steps back from the disappointed woman who had been denied her kiss.

"Sara, what's wrong?"
