Quinn glared at the man who watched her, his hand running over his beard as though he were thinking of what his next move would be.

"Err Quinn, what is he doing here?" Zari asked wearily not daring to take her eyes off him in case he struck, but moving closer to Quinn in an effort to both be there with her if anything kicked off and to be protected by her in case anything kicked off.

"Being a massive dick as usual!"

" Oh, yeah that seems about right what are we going to do? "

Quinn scowled at the man grating her teeth loudly, her hate grew more daily for that man, she would kill him he was just too arrogant to believe it.

Her ring burned on her finger, it glowed red as she looked down upon it.

"We gotta go now, I can't hold this snake for much longer I think he is going to explode out, hold on to me."

" Why Quinn is this you taking our relationship to the next level? "

"Just shut up, we need back up besides, don't say that to Sara you know what she is like she will throw us both of the ship, make us walk the plank of something," Quinn warned.

They turned back towards the room full of people, she could teleport in front of them all if they intended to return, they had to get out to do that.

"Err...we're just going to have a quiet word just out there."

Quickly they hurried to the door, Savage took the risk to stand where he was they would have to return.

In the hallway where no one was present Quinn pulled Zari close and teleported.

"Err Quinn this isn't the waverider." Zari said looking at the cave-like structure they had landed in.

Quinn stared around her in confused disbelief this had never happened before, panic built up in her, was her power fucked? What would this mean for herself, Alex and Sara?

"I....I don't know what is happening " She said worriedly.

"How do we get out of here?" Zari asked.

Quinn shook her head she tried teleporting out but nothing was happening. "It's not working, something is stopping me leaving, the same thing that brought me here."

Zari turned towards her, dark brown eyes wide in alarm. "Can you make this sound a little less sinister please."

Quinn shrugged. "I'm freaking out too you know, this has never happened to me before."

"Comforting to know. "

"Shut up and let me think."

" How do we even get in touch with the guys? " Zari stressed pacing up and down the damp cave.

Footsteps from deep within the cave hit them, they both turned and looked into the darkness.

"What is that?" Zari asked holding onto her necklace as Quinn reached for her dagger.

" Be quiet. " Quinn focused her dark blue eyes as the sounds grew louder, pulling Zari behind her ready to block anything that came out of the darkness.

Suddenly a light glowed and like an apparition a woman appeared, the fire from the torch in her hand illuminated her black hair.

"Wow," Quinn said in awe.

" Err... "

"I see my predictions are right." The mysterious woman finally spoke her thin pale lips stretching out into a weak smile.
